As for the handling of nylon tubes, See the Fgrp 56 brake unit.
Key point of removal
<Front cab spring>
To remove the front cab spring, turn the spring assembly to left and
pull it up, and remove the front cab spring.

Key point of installation

<Front cab spring>
To install the front cab spring, put the spring assembly's nail into the
cab suspension's groove and turn it clockwise until it hits the other
side.
NOTE
 Install the spring assembly in a way that its upper con-
nector faces the front side of the vehicle.

CM-3
FRONT CAB MOUNTING

<Upper bracket>

To install the cab mount as a sub assembly.

1. Temporarily tighten the bolts which are at 3 places (A, B, C) on
the installation side of the upper bracket.
2. While pressing down 3 places (A, B, C) on the installation side
of the upper bracket, fully tighten the bolts on side B.
3. Fully tighten the bolts on the remaining sides A and C.

To install the cab mount individually.

 Keep the bolts of the upper bracket as temporarily tightened.
 After the cab mount is assembled, lastly fully tighten the bolts
of the upper bracket the same way as the procedures
described in the foregoing paragraph To install the cab mount
as a sub assembly.

ADJUSTMENT
Air spring adjusting point
Adjustment of air spring height
Unless the air spring height is the standard height, adjust the height
with the following procedures.
Unit: mm
Item Vehicle model Standard height
CWB 109 - 121
Front L1
GKB,GWB 104 - 114

1. Preparation before adjustment

Park the vehicle on a level surface, apply the parking brake
and start engine. When the air reservoir air pressure is 910 to
950 kPa {9.3 to 9.7 kgf/cm2} and the air spring up and down
movement stops, stop the engine and block the wheels.

2. Adjustment procedure
 Loosen the 2 rod lock nuts at the upper side of the rod.
 Turn the rod so that the air spring height 2.3 mm above the
standard height.
The cab height changes approximately 2.5 mm as the rod
turns one rotation.
NOTE
 Extend the rod to increase the air spring height.
Shorten the rod to decrease the air spring height.
 Gradually shorten the rod from which above mentioned. When
the air spring reaches the standard height, secure the rod lock
nut.

Inspection of neutral range of the leveling valve

Operate the tip of the lever up or down and measure the range
where the air spring does not expand or contract.

Item Maintenance standard Service limit

Neutral range 5.5° - 8.5° –
