advised she was very drunk. She stated that she had several Jack Daniel’s and Jello-shots along with beer. She stated the campsite
next to her she met a male who she did not know his name. She stated she was hanging out with him in the afternoon before 6:00 p m.

She advised she was really drunk and he rode with her up to the party store to get a pack of cigarettes and to CVS Pharmacy. She did
not advise what she purchased at CVS Pharmacy. She stated she should not have been driving because she was too intoxicated but she
did drive. She advised when she came back to the campsite she started consuming a lot of alcohol because she knew she was not going
anywhere else that evening. She stated she went back and laid down in the back truck of

She advised she was then raped by a male who she had a picture of. She stated when she was laying in the back of the truck she was
woken up by a friend saying “what the fuck.” She advised at that point her shirt was off. She advised her pants were on and she was
next to this white male. She then stated she did have sex with him. She advised he did put his penis in her vagina. She advised she
knows that because it felt bad and it hurt. She advised she was laying on her back when this happened.

She stated he then lifted her up as she was “in and out of consciousness” and put his penis in her mouth. She advised he did not
ejaculate in her mouth and he did not ejaculate in her vagina. She stated he did kiss her neck several times and did leave bruises. She
also advised he did put marks on her legs. I asked her what the marks on her legs were from. She advised they were from what she
believed was him holding her down. I asked her if she remembered him holding her down and she advised she does not but she stated
when she went to pass out in the back of the pickup truck where there was a bed she did not have the marks.

I then asked her if she was that intoxicated how she would know that she did not have the marks before she fell asleep. She advised she
believed she did not have the marks. She stated she did have sex earlier in the day with She advised her and are
not boyfriend and girlfriend however she advised they are friends with benefits. She advised she does not know the name of the person
who came in and saw them laying next to each other and saying “what the fuck.”

She advised that was one of friends however. She stated he did not use a condom. I asked her if she ever told him no. She
advised she did not tell him no as she was in and out of consciousness. I asked her who she got her drinks from. She advised the
subject did give her a Budweiser can and the can was open when he gave it to her. She advised she does not know if he put something
in the Budweiser. I asked her how long they had sex for. She advised she does not remember.

PBT:

I did administer a PBT to her getting a reading of .00.

INJURIES:

She did have marks on her neck and marks on her legs.

PHOTOGRAPHS:

I did take photographs of the marks on her neck and the marks on her legs.

PROSECUTION:

I did ask her if she wanted to prosecute. She advised she was not sure. She stated he is only . I asked her how she knew he was
She advised that is what they were saying. I asked her why she did not report this right away. She advised the other guys at her
campsite were looking for him and were going to beat him up. She advised if they were going to take care of the problem she was not
going to report it to law enforcement. I asked her how she ended up reporting it to law enforcement. She advised she located a
security guard and flagged them down.

IDENTIFICATION OF SUSPECT:

She advised he is possibly still at the campsite. Deputy Freeman did look at a picture of the subject. Deputy Hudson did locate the
subject at the campsite and he was identified as Robert Johnathan-Dean Eineder.

IDENTIFICATION:

The subject gave Deputy Hudson the name of

TRANSPORTATION OF VICTIM:

The victim was transported by JCA to Allegiance Health for a CSC kit.

Eineder did give me the correct name of Robert Johnathan-Dean Eineder, . He did give the false name to Deputy Hudson
because he was afraid because he was consuming alcohol.

PBT:

I could smell an odor of intoxicants coming from Eineder’s breath. Eineder had glassy, bloodshot eyes. I did ask Eineder if he would
submit to a PBT. He advised me he would. I did administer a PBT to Eineder getting the reading of .07.

INTERVIEW – EINEDER:

I asked Eineder if he met a girl yesterday. He advised he did. He advised he met a girl named and she came back to his
campsite. He advised she was pretty intoxicated and he then took her to her campsite which was located in a different area. I then
asked him if he knows a girl named He advised he does not. I then asked him if he went to CVS earlier in the day. He advised
he did. I then informed him he needed to be honest with me and tell me the truth on what happened.

He was only going to get one chance for us to hear his side of the story at which time he stated he was sorry for lying at first. I asked
him if he had sex. He advised he did not, that being sex yesterday. I then informed him again he need to be honest with us and that
we wanted his side of the story. He advised at this point he would tell me the truth. He stated he did go to CVS with He
advised he went because he was afraid because was very intoxicated. He advised he felt that she should not be driving however
he wanted to ride with her so she would be safe.

He advised when they got back they were flirting with each other. He advised they went back to the back of the pickup truck where
the bed was and he started rubbing her shoulders. He stated he started to kiss her neck and she said that she liked it and it felt good.
He advised she then took off her shirt and she was then rubbing his penis inside his shorts and his boxers. He advised then they started
to have sex. I asked him if he put his penis in his vagina. He advised he did. I asked him if he put his penis in her mouth. He advised
he did not. I then asked him why he lied to me at first and said they did not have sex.

He advised he did not ejaculate inside of her. He advised he defines sex as when he ejaculates. I asked him if anybody else was around
when this happened. He advised nobody else was around. I asked him if she was upset about this. He advised he did tell her that he
was going to stop that this was not right. I asked him what he meant that this was not right. He advised that she was intoxicated and
they were having sex. He then stated to me that she also did a line of cocaine right before they had sex and took a Zanex. I asked him
if anybody witnessed them having sex. He advised nobody did.

DEMEANORS:

did speak with me and was not crying when she was giving me her statement.

Robert Eineder advised it was consensual sex. He was not upset or stuttering when he was speaking with me.

LOCATION OF INCIDENT:

The incident occurred in the back seat of a 1998 Dodge with a bed in the back. I did photograph the back seat of the vehicle.
