Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : The Invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers who satisfy the followings:
1. The Tenderer shall have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience. Documentary
evidence ((i.e. oldest trade lisence/Oldest work completion certificate or equivalent) shall
be submitted.
2. The Tenderer must have successful work completion experience of Road Construction
Work in a single contract amounting not less than BDT 1000.00 lac during last 05 (five)
years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies. The works certificates shall have to be
issued by the Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of
Concerned Department/Organization.
3. The required minimum average annual construction turnover is BDT 2000.00 lac.
Construction turnover will be calculated on the basis of completion/payment certificates
which have been executed within last 05 years where best 03 years will be considered.
4. The required minimum Liquid Asset is BDT 600.00 lac in form of Credit Line certificate
from any scheduled Bank.
5. The required minimum tender capacity is BDT 1300.00 lac.
6. Black Listed/Debarred Bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt. Autonomous organizations will
be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender
7. Up-to-date Trade License, Income tax clearance certificate, VAT Registration Certificate
shall be submitted.
8. Other required conditions and documents of the Tenderer are shown in the TDS of Tender
Documents must be fulfilled.
9. All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act & Rules.
N.B: Interested Tenderers are encouraged to visit the site prior to participate in
tendering process.
