Hi Maria,
Sorry not to fan-person for a little but oh my god! I just saw the Long List retweeted by
Franny Choi and it looks amazing! I forwarded this message to our editor who decides
what goes on the front page of the site and the newsletter and hopefully he will be able
to get some of your lists featured. He should be in touch soon, but obviously things are
a little in flux due to the holidays so please let me know if there is anything else I can
help you with.
Best,
Will

Hi Will,
Thanks so much!
Actually, there is another question I have, maybe you can help me. I work
for PEN America Literary Awards, and we’ve recently released our 2021
Longlisted titles. I’ve created lists on Bookshop for our 2021 Longlisted
titles and a list highlighting our judges' books. ( I was trying to keep the
Longlists private before we released it on the site!)
On our official page, we exclusively have links to Bookshop for these titles.
I was wondering if it were possible for these lists to be on the landing page
at Bookshop or/and PEN America to be featured in your newsletter? My
PEN address is [email protected] if you want to continue this conversation
more formally through there. I don’t know if this is your scope, but if you
could put me in contact with someone that is, that would be great!
Thanks so much!
Maria

Hi Maria,
Thanks for reaching out and for being an affiliate with
Bookshop! You should be able to hide book lists from your
affiliate page under the "Affiliates Profile/Lists" and
deselecting the "Show on Shop Page" option for the list you
want to hide. I hope this helps, but please let me know if there
is anything else I can do for you.
Best,
Will

Hi there,
I was wondering if when you create a list though
an affiliate, there’s a way to make it private?
Thanks so much,
Maria
