Task Description

Replacment of 3 Flush fittings of HandiCap Toilet & 6 Flush fittings of toilet

Supply and replacment of LED lamp Class Room LED Lamps- 34 Nos Lights Coridoor - 11 Nos Lights Toilet-5 No Light
Sensors - 12 Nos light Switch - 18 Nos
Expansion joints to be cleaned, sealed & fixed where missing
Ceiling tiles to be aligned & any dented or damaged tiles replaced throughout
Replace damaged wall tileswhere cracks and holes are presnet all areas
Ensure blinds clean & in working order,replace damaged & ensure chain is fixed to wall
Covers required on network cable holes in all classrooms
Any damaged skirting to be replaced
Any damaged grout to be redone for tiling
Supply and replacment of Faulty Access Control of doors - 2 Nos
Removal of ASCS Signage in the Swimming Pool Area
Supply and fixing of Pole protector in the Play Area - Wherever Damaged 
FAHU
Supply and replacment of Faulty Control Panel of Genset
Supply and replacment of Faulty Display of Capacitor Bank
Expansion joint cover required
Cable entries opening requires sealing 
All cracks on roofs requires repair
All shaft openings to seal 
All ac and electrical cables requires proper foster insulation- Repaint with Oil paint- Approx 1000 RM
Damaged insulation needs replacement
Damaged GI trunking to be replaced and secured properly
Replace rusted deluge system fittings & paint
Domestic Water -Booster pumps on roof not working to be fixed along with required repair work
Damaged ducts on roof to be repaired
Repair of the Canopies & Pole with Paint Touch Up wherever Applicable & rusted Area
Re painting of the external -road markings,arrows/curb stones etc.
Levelling of all interlocks where trip hazards are presented
Dead trees to replace with new one- 3 Nos Palm Tree
Security cabin door to be replaced with Aluminium door with Half Glass - 2 Nos
Security cabin Kitchen cabinets to be replaced - 2 Nos
