It is a pleasure to inform you that you have been selected as the paper setter and examiner for the
following course(s) for Final Examination of Spring-2021.

a) Kindly intimate within a day of the receipt of this letter whether or not you accept this offer.
b) In case of your inability to accept the offer, immediately return the offer along with the
complete set of documents to the undersigned.
c) If your acceptance not received with in the specified time frame then CoE will be free to
appoint another Examiner as paper setter and your appointment as a paper setter will be
cancelled automatically.
d) In case you accept the offer please prepare the paper in accordance with the course outline
provided for the purpose. You may have been provided with proposed questions. It is your
discretion to choose from the data bank of provided questions (if any) or to design questions
on your own.
e) The University requires that both soft and hard copies of the paper should be provided.
However, hand written/ typed papers are acceptable in exceptional cases.
f) Please submit question paper within 3days after the receipt of this letter.
g) Hard and softcopies (on floppy or CD) should be packed and sealed and sent or delivered in
person to the undersigned within 3 days of receipt of this letter. Papers can also be sent
through secured e-mail ([email protected]) addressed to the controller of examination
SUIT. (For further Information, please contact CoE SUIT).
h) You will find here attached specimen of paper pattern you are requested to restrain your self
according to given paper pattern.
