This is an emotional response to incongruent befiefs and feelings

This is the effort, planning and control required to express organizationally desired
emotions. The levels of display varies across cultures E.g expressed emotions are
discouraged in ethopia and japan while expected in spain and kuwait
What is Emotional Intelligence?
This is the ability of an individual to perceive, understand and manage the emotions
of oneself and others
