 Battle Types
Type Effect Description
Ships-only battle. Battle is won when all enemy ships defeated. Can be initiated when invasion is not sneak
attack. Can also be used to break blockade. If used to prevent an invasion: If attacker wins, defender may
not spawn ships in invasion battle. If defender wins, invasion is prevented and defender may counterattack.
Prevent Invasion / The ships used in the naval battle must be used in the subsequent Invasion if the attacker wins the naval
Naval Gain War Score battle.

One side attacks an island while the other defends. Attacker wins after holding the island for 2 minutes with
no defenders on it. Defenders win by killing 90% of attackers or holding the island for 15 minutes after the
attackers are in mortar range. Battle time may be extended if players are in combat. Defender's side may
not spend more than 12 CP on ships. Removes up to 4 CP from the island if attacker wins. The attacker will
lose 2 CP if more than 50% of their force is killed or unable to return to their island (1 cp if <75%).
-4 Defending Island Defenders may respawn if they die on the island unless there are attackers fighting on the island. Invasions
Invasion CP may not be launched if the attacker has no CP.

One side defends a fortress from enemy attacks. Attackers may respawn twice (3 lives) as long as attacker
has ships or holds a point on the island. Attackers must dock a ship at a dock and have it survive for 20
seconds to capture the docks, then hold a battery for 60 seconds to capture it. At least 1 battery must be
captured before the attackers enter the fort. Defending faction may respawn up to 3 times (4 lives) as long
as they die on the island. Allied defenders may respawn once if they die on the island. Fort garrison may
not spawn ships. Defending faction receives +1 bonus players for each CP the island has. For every 2
Siege (Fortresses Fortress days that a fort is blockaded, the amount of times the defenders can respawn is decreased by 1 to a
Only) Captured/Defended minimum of 1. If a fort is captured, 1/3 of its CP (rounded down) is returned to the previous owner.

Battle takes place on a single island. The rebelling party gets CP equal to the CP value of the island.
Rebellion / Rebel Rebellion is successful if the island is held for two minutes without defenders. Defenders win if 90% of
Suppression -3 CP to losing side rebels are killed. Rebels may not be reinforced by another faction. The side who loses will lose 3 CP.

Rebellion supported by another nation. Couping party CP is 50% of the target island and may be reinforced
by the supporting nation whose CP is reduced by 4 or 80% of the coup's CP, whichever is more. Couping
Coup -3 CP to losing side party starts on the island of the supporting nation. Coups may only participate in the coup battle type.

Blockaded island may Attackers surround an island and prevent that island from being able to participate in battles off the island
until the blockade is broken. Attackers win if the blockade is held for 5 minutes. Defenders prevent the
not participate in
blockade by destroying all attacking ships. The attacker may not set foot on the blockaded island and the
battles until blockade defenders may respawn if they die on the island. Defending island does not lose CP if they lose. Holding a
Blockade is broken. blockade temporarily moves 4 attacker CP to the island which can only be used at that island.

Naval battle rules. One team wins by sinking all of the enemy's ships. Additionally, if blockading ships
leave blockaded island or defending ships stay within range of the island for more than 5 minutes, the
Blockade Run Remove Blockade blockade is broken.

Attackers enter the defending island's port and wait at the dock to gain points. The attacker regains 1
command point for every 20 seconds the ship remains stationary in port (up to 5), so long as the ship
returns to the attacker's main port. The defender's command points are lowered by an equivalent amount.
Only unarmed and unarmored ships may transport cargo. Can only take place if the defender has more
Supply Theft / Pirate command points than the attacker, and the defending island has more CP than the island which will receive
Raid Steal CP the stolen points. Stolen CP doesn't not count towards war score.

Modifier may be added to other battle type. All sides limited to 12 players + bonus players. Attacker
command points reduced by 30%. Allies of defender may not leave their island until a defender ship
reaches them, or until 5 minutes have passed. The defender ship may not leave until the attackers are
within mortar range. "Mortar range" includes being within mortar range of a line drawn between any of the
Sneak Attack defender's islands. Sneak attacks happen at night ingame.

Players may only be killed or captured if there is a player on the enemy with an equal or higher
rank. Leaders counts as an officer for this purpose and a high rank if captured.
Players may only be captured or killed if a legitimate attempt to capture the player is made by the
enemy. Only one attempt may be made per battle. The player must be given a chance to
surrender. If the player refuses to surrender and is killed, the enemy may choose whether to
save the player (capture) or let them die if they are in a situtation where they could reasonably do
so.
Any player who dies an RP death will have their rank set to crewmen and their time in the navy
reset. Players who are killed are not prevented from participating in future battles.
Only players who are officer+ may be prevented from participating in future battles when
captured. The captor may choose to release them and still gain the war score points for the
capture. A max of 1 player may be permanently captured per battle, unless the captured players
do not willingly surrender.
Players who die in RP are not required to change their Roblox name.
No more than 10 players may be kept captured at a time.
All captured players are released when the war ends.
 Special Rules
Battles may only take place if at least 1 Commodore+ is online for the defender. A faction forfeits the battle if they miss 3
in a row or are found to be purposefully missing the battle.
During an invasion or siege, the Attacker loses an additional 1 CP if at least 50% of their force is unable to return to a
friendly island.
Islands regenerate all lost CP when a war ends.
All sides may field 20 players in a battle, regardless of CP count, with the exception of bonus players from a fort garrison or
rebels, battle types which limit the player count. Sides may field up to 25 points worth of ships per battle, with a limit of 5
ships.
Ships must have at least 100% of its max crew. (ie: Alliance must have at least 9 players on it, Manta must have at least 5)
Attackers of the home island of a faction with an unblockaded fort suffer a -5 player penalty in all battles on the island.
Glowing and gem weapons and cannons, including other weapons with damage effects, are not allowed during official
battles. Navy weapons that are no longer craftable or premium-only weapons and materials may also not be used.
Consumables (hard tack, brew, etc) and featherstones are disabled in the battle server.
Hats that enlarge the player's hitbox unnecessarily are not permitted. Whether a hat is not allowed is up to the moderator
in charge of the battle and the player will be asked to change it.
Battles begin promptly at the scheduled time. No one may join or spawn ships after the battle has started. All factions
participating must make their intentions known the hosting moderator 15 minutes before the battle.
NPC factions may only participate if their ally is outnumbered in CP.
You cannot move more CP to an island than its maximum allows, even during occupation.
Players may not alter their appearance for battles.
Players may not have a display name set to a different player's username, or have matching display names with another
player in the battle.
