Paint
Pouring Kit
By: CatEaterr Creations
Before you Begin...
- Lay down the plastic covering, so you
don’t get paint all over!
- Give the paint bottles a gentle shake (a
jostle.) Not too hard! Just a little, to
make sure everything is mixed well.
- Take the lids off the bottles and little
bucket of paint, and set them to the
side of your unwrapped canvas.
- If you’re familiar with pouring, this mix
is also good for ring pours, dirty pours,
or flip cups; I wouldn’t recommend for
dutch or looser consistency pours :)

Lay a Cushion, and stretch!
First step is to lay a
“cushion”, you want to pour
about half of your pot of
white paint onto the canvas.
In the middle.
Then, you “stretch it” by
tilting your canvas around to
get the paint to cover the
whole face of the canvas.

Layer Your Paints In!
-Tilt your cup a little and
slowly pour in a little of each
color of your paints, including
the white.
-Whatever color you want to
come out last, is the color you
should pour in first!
-If you pour all of one color in
on accident, it’s okay, pour all
the colors in and flip the whole
cup over onto the canvas! (flip
cup)
Now Pour It!
-Slowly tilt your cup, to pour your
paint slow. And move your cup in a
circle so the paint falls in a circle.
Slowly move from one end of the
canvas to the other. This is a ring
pour!
-Or, you can slowly pour it, in any
directions you want, just go with your
instincts! This is a dirty pour.
-If you did the flip cup, slowly lift the
edge of the cup, move it a little and
then lift all the way! You can use the
cup to leave a design in the paint if
you want!

Stretch and smile!
Stretch the paint your poured, to
cover your whole canvas again. It’s
okay if it drips! It’s okay if there’s still
white in places! It’s okay to move it in
di erent directions to make the lines
do di erent things! Have fun!
Now…
You made art!
And it’s as amazing as you!
