chipotle should revise the company’s food handling standards as food contamination
problems started in chipotle stores. As chipotle is one of largest food chain which has
grown more than 1500 locations, it faced complexity to source it’s promised food
quality and as a result 500 customers were sick from contaminated food in chipotle.
Also chipotle failed to find out ehich foods were contminated. So, to solve this food
contamination problem it should create more effective and relistic food handling
stndards

Feedforward control would be more important to chipotle feedforward control means


prevents problem becouse it takes place before the actual activity. According to
feedforward control should take place before a work activity is done. Chipotle is one of
the largest food chain so to maintian some food quality every time it should follow
consistent food standard for consistent oroduct quality. So, to maintain a consistent
food quality chipotle should control and ensure good vendors quality, quality of
ingredients and healthy kitchen so that nothing unecpected complexity or complain can
occure. AS they faced in 2015 becouse of contaminated food. So, accordng to me to
ensure good food quality chiptole sould follow feedward control.

Chipotle can make sure that employees are following the new food
handling standards by delivering effective performance feedback and using disciplinary
actions. Chipotle should provide feedbacks so that it’s employees can know where theu
should do to ensure new food hndling standards. If any employee do his or her job in a
wrong way Chipotle has to correct the mistake formally. Chipotle also has to mke it’s
employee understood about new standards so that it can be easy for them to follow. So
by controlling employees performance Chipotle can make sure that employees are
following new food standards.
