ATENTIONARI
• Before putting this product into operation, please read the user manual carefully.
• The installation and configuration of this alarm system requires basic technical
knowledge to allow a correct understanding of the technical terms and procedures
described in this manual.
• Follow the step by step instructions and start with simple settings. After making the
settings, test the correct operation of the product.
• Do not exceed the voltage recommended by the manufacturer to supply the central
unit and accessories.
• Do not allow children access to the alarm system control unit.
• Not even the most advanced alarm system can guarantee protection against
burglary, fire or environmental problems. All alarm systems are subject to possible
compromises or failures in the warning for several reasons:
» If the sirens are not located in the hearing of people or if they are located behind
doors or other obstacles.
» If intruders have access through unprotected entry points or areas where sensors
have been bypassed.
» If intruders have the technical means to bypass, block or disconnect the entire or
partial system.
» If the sensor power supply is inadequate or disconnected.
» If telephone lines are shut down
• Improper maintenance is the most common cause of alarm failure. Therefore, test
the system at least once a week to ensure that the sensors, sirens and telephone
communications are working properly.

■ Burglary Protection
Your system provides two modes of burglary protection: STAY and AWAY. STAY mode
protects the perimeter only, allowing you to freely move inside the premises. AWAY mode
protects the entire system. Both modes provide an entry delay time that allows you to
reenter the premises without setting off an alarm.
■ Zones
Your system’s sensing devices have been assigned to various “zones.” For example,
the sensing device on your entry/exit door may have been assigned to zone 01, sensing
devices on windows in the master bedroom to zone 02, and so on. These numbers
appear on the display when an alarm or trouble condition occurs.

■ Exit/Entry Delays
Your security system has been programmed with delay times that allow you to exit the
premises after arming, and to disarm the system upon entry, before an alarm occurs. If
you leave the premises too late when exiting, or disarm too late when arriving home, it
will cause a false alarm. If an alarm occurs, you should disarm the system immediately.
■ Alarms
When an alarm occurs,both the built-in and external sounders will sound until the
system is disarmed or until alarm bell timeout occurs, and a message on the display will
identify the zone(s) causing the alarm.
Your system may also have been programmed to automatically send alarm messages
and voice via the cellular/GSM/GPRS/3G network, and push alarm notification to your
mobile [Link] stop the alarm sounding,you simply disarm the system.

2.3 Hardwired Zone Connections

Zone 1, Zone 2 and Zone 3 are the EOLR supervised zones that supports both open
circuit and closed circuit devices and has a response time of 300msec. Maximum zone
resistance: 11000 ohms, plus EOLR

Connect closed circuit devices in series in the high (+) side of the loop. The EOL
resistor must be connected in series with the devices, following the last device.
Connect open circuit devices in parallel across the loop. The 10000-ohm EOLR must be
connected across the loop at the last device.

EOLR(End of Line Resistor): If the EOLR is not at the end of the loop, the zone will not be properly
supervised, and the system may not respond to an open circuit on the zone.

Sniffer Mode
“Synchronizing”

Description of notes

1. Arm Beep: When enabled, the system will announce the system status when armed
or disarmed.

2. Keypad Lock: The system will lock the keypad if no operation during 30 seconds on
Home Sreen. To enable the keypad, you must enter the valid User Password.

3. Backlight: If disabled, display backlight turn off after 30 seconds if no operation on

Home Sreen.

4. Door/Window Open Warning: If enabled, the system will generate a Exit Alarm
Warning notification when you leaving a door or window open after the exit delay
expires.

5. System Password: used for keypad unlocking and SMS remote settings.

6. User Password: user for keypad unlocking, SMS Remote Control and Alarm text
notification prefix Setting.

7. Language: Voice Announcement, Displaying and SMS notification will be in the

selected language. After selecting the desired language, the panel will reset.

8. Initialization: If the factory default configuration is loaded, any data that has
already been programmed into the system will be changed into the Factory Default
Configuration!

3. FIRST USAGE

3.1 Set up

With the built-in WiFi Communications module, if your system is equipped to report
alarms and Remote Access via Mobile APP over the internet, your router must remain
powered-on at all times, and a WiFi internet connection is required.

With the built-in GSM/3G Communications module, if your system is equipped to

report alarms and Remote control via SMS or Voice Dialling, to ensure the SIM card is
installed (refer to the diagram below ) and the panel must be connected to the GSM/3G
Cellular or to the Internet.

AC Power Connections - Connect the Power Supply to the DC 5V micro USB port,
and push the backup battery switch to “ON”.

3.1.1 Quick guide : Wifi internet configuration and adding system to mobile app

Scan the QR code on the box with your smart phone to download and install the
Easy Security app from the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).
The Easy Security app has an intuitive menu that will guide you through Wifi
Configuration / Internet connection as follows:

1. Open app and create an account (click on “Register” button) using your email
address and a secret password, in order to use the application. Follow the on-screen
steps to complete the account validation.
2. After activating the account, use the authentication data to access the application
(e-mail and password);
3. To add PNI Safe House HS550 alarm system to your mobile app, you must connect
the it to a wireless / WiFi network available at that location;
4. Connect your smartphone to the wireless network with internet access;
5. Access the dedicated application and press the + button;
6. Choose the option: Airlink and follow the directions on the screen;
7. The next step is to enter the password of the wireless network to which the phone is

connected;
8. After this step, access and activate the Airlink procedure from the alarm system
also;
9. Confirm the start of the search / add procedure on the phone for completion;
10. Wait for the countdown to complete and the system will appear in the application;

Notes:
- If the procedure fails, repeat or choose the SoftAP version;
- Also check the Wireless password, it will be entered correctly and contain only simple
characters: letters and numbers.

3.2 Setting Phone Numbers

Up to 5 User Phone Numbers used to receive the Alarm SMS notification and Audio
Alarm Verification.
- Select: “Main Menu->Phone->1st Phone, 2nd Phone, 3rd Phone, 4th Phone or 5th
Phone”, the system displays the Phone programming screen.
- Use to scroll to , then use digits keypad to enter the Phone Number (up to
18 digits).
- Use to scroll to , then use to toggle between “off”and “on”.
When “on” is selected, the Voice Dialing Alarm will be active.
- Use to scroll to , then use to toggle between “off”and “on”.
When “on” is selected, the SMS Text Notification Alarm will be active.
- Press to save your new settings.

3.3 Wireless Keys

Pairing a New Wireless Key

- Select ”Main Menu->Parts->Remote->Add”.
- “Synchronizing” is displayed, the system goes into the sniffer mode and count down
the pairing time remaining .
- Press one button of wireless key to send a transmission signal to the panel.
- As the serial number of wireless key is added to panel, “Leaning OK”will be
displayed.
The system will display“Device code has been learnt”if serial number of wireless key
have been learned.
Delete
- Select “Main Menu->Parts->Remote->Delete”.
- Use the buttons to scroll to the serial number be deleted.
- Press to delete the selected serial number.
Delete All
- Select “Main Menu->Parts->Remote->Delete All”.
- A total number of serial numbers learned is displayed.
- To delete all the serial numbers, press

3.4 Wireless Sensors

Pairing a New Sensor
- Select “Main Menu->Parts->Detector->Add”.
- Use to scroll to , then use to scroll to the desired Zone Name.
- Use to scroll to , then use to scroll to the desired Zone Mode(Type).
You must assign a Zone Type to each zone(sensor), which defines the way in which
the system responds to faults in that zone.
“Stay Arm Active” usually assigned to sensors or contacts on entry and exit doors,
exterior doors and windows, perimeter. Active when armed in AWAY or STAY mode.
“Out Arm Active” usually assigned to a interior area (i.e.: foyer, lobby,or room).
Bypassed automatically when armed in STAY mode.
“24 Hours Active” usually assigned to a zone containing an Emergency Button,
Smoke Sensor, CO, Water Leakage and Gas Sensors.
To used as doorbell, select “Doorbell”.
To disable the zone, select “Close”.
- Use to scroll to , then use digits keypad to enter the Zone Number (0-89 are
available). The Zone Number should be unique.
- Press ,“Synchronizing” is displayed, the system goes into the sniffer mode and
count down the pairing time remaining .
- Active wireless sensor to send a transmission signal to the panel.
- As the serial number of wireless sensor is added to panel, “Leaning OK”will be
displayed.
The system will display“Device code has been learned” if serial number of wireless
sensor have been learned, and the Zone Name/Mode/Number will be refreshed.
Edit/Delete
- Select “Main Menu->Parts->Detector->Edit”.
- Use the buttons to scroll to the serial number be edited.
- To edit the Name/Mode/Number of displayed zone, press .
- To delete the selected serial number, press .

Delete All
- Select “Main Menu->Parts->Detector->Delete All”.
- A total number of serial numbers learned is displayed.
- To delete all the serial numbers, press

3.5 RFID Tags

Pairing a New RFID Tag

- Select ”Main Menu->Parts->RFID->Add”.
- “Synchronizing” is displayed, the system goes into the sniffer mode and count down
the pairing time remaining .

- Put the tag close to the RFID area of panel.

- As the serial number of tag is added to panel, “Leaning OK”will be displayed.
The system will display“Device code has been learnt”if serial number of tag have been
learned.

RFID Tag Delete

- Select ”Main Menu->Parts->RFID->Delete”.
- Use the buttons to scroll to the serial number be deleted.
- Press to delete the selected serial number.

RFID Tag Delete All

- Select ”Main Menu->Parts->RFID->Delete All”.
- A total number of serial numbers learned is displayed.
- To delete all the serial numbers, press .

3.6 Pairing with Wireless Siren

- Operating the Wireless Strobe Siren to go into the Sniffer mode( refer to user guide
of strobe siren ) .
- Select “Main Menu->Parts->Siren Learn”.The panel displays ” Learn Signal Sent”
and sends a transmission signal to the Strobe Siren.
- The Strobe Siren gives a successful indication.

3.7 Alarm Syncing with Wireless Switch

- Select: “Main Menu->Parts->Alarm Socket”, the system displays the Alarm Socket
pairing screen.
- Operating the Wireless Switch to go into the Sniffer mode( refer to user guide of
wireless switch ) .
- Press the “on” button and the “off”button in turn , The panel displays ”
Learn Signal Sent” and sends a transmission signal twice to the Wireless Switch.
- The Wireless Switch gives a successful indication.
To test if pairing ok, press “on”and “off”to check if the wireless can be opened and
closed.

When a sound alarm occurs, the Wireless Switch will be opened until the
system is disarmed or alarm sounder timeout occurs.

3.8 Home Automation

Pairing with Wireless Switch
To pair with the wireless switch (up to 7 switches), refer to section 3.7“Pairing with
Wireless Switch”.To test if pairing ok, press “on”and “off”to check if the wireless can be
opened and closed.

You can open or close the wireless switch via Mobile APP.

3.9 Message Recording

Message Recording and Playback
Your system can Record/Playback/Delete a brief message(up to 20 seconds) that can
be played back later. The message will be played to the remote when a alarm call is
connected.
- Select “Main Menu->Record->Record”->the system displays the Record screen.
- Ready to record when “Recording”is displayed in the title box and the system display
will count down the recording time remaining.
- Speak into the microphone and the recording automatically stops after the time
expires.
- The system plays back the message automatically.
- Press button to save the message.

3.10 Arm/Disarm Automatically

The feature can be used to program the system to arm or disarm the system
automatically at a daily time.
Arm Schedule
- Select: “Main Menu->Timer->Arm Timer”, the system displays the Arm Timer
programming screen.
- Use to scroll to , then use digits keypad to enter the Daily Arm time (in 24-
hr).
- Use to scroll to , then use to select “on”.
- Press to save your new settings.
Disarm Schedule
- Select: “Main Menu->Timer->Disarm Timer”, the system displays the Disarm Timer
programming screen.
- Use to scroll to , then use digits keypad to enter the Daily Disarm time (in
24-hr).
- Use to scroll to , then use to select“on”.
- Press to save your new settings.

4. MOBILE APP EASY SECURITY

Scan the QR codes via a smart phone to download the app.

Easy Security app will guide you to connect the panel to the WiFi network and
the internet.
5. REMOTE SMS

5.1 How to set the parameters via SMS

To set the parameters via SMS, editing the setting text message as below, then send
it to the SIM number installed in the alarm system panel. Your mobile will received an
acknowledgement SMS if setting ok.

Note: The command must be 2 digits( e.g.,01,90,etc. ), and the header,
separator and ending character must be‘*’.

In this string: “07xxxxxxxx” is the phone number( up to 18 digits ),
- “A” used to Enable(1) or Disable(0) the Alarm Voice Dialling and
- “B” used to Enable(1) or Disable(0) the Alarm SMS notification.
For example:
To set the 1st Phone Number as “0710123456” and enable the SMS notification only,
and to set 2nd Phone Number as “0720654321” and enable the Voice Dialling only,
then the remote SMS to be send is:
*6666*510710123456,0,1*520720654321,1,0*.
2. The server IP address and Port is only used for service remote connection.
The server IP and Port setting format of remote text message: aaa,bbb,ccc,ddd,xxxxx
In this string, “aaa,bbb,ccc,ddd” is the IP and “xxxxx” is Port.
For example:
To set the IP and Port as “[Link]:2001”, then the remote SMS is
*6666*90116,62,42,223,2001*.
3. Setting the operator Access Point Name . This is also used for service remote
connection.
For example:
To set the APN as “internet”, then the remote SMS is *6666*92 internet*.

5.2 The alarm SMS notification prefix

The panel can be named after a customized text via remote SMS. The name is used
for the alarm SMS notification prefix.
The alarm notification prefix setting format: 1234@XXX building.
In this string, “1234”is the User Password ,”@”is a command flag and “XXX building ”
is the customized text.

5.3 How to set the customized Zone Name

You can set a customized name for each zone via remote SMS. The name is used to
indentify which zone alarm occurs in the SMS notification.
Remote SMS format: 1234@XX@Down Stairs
In this string, “1234”is the User Password , two ”@”are command flags, “XX”is the
Zone Number(from 00 to 89) and “Down Stairs” is the customized text.

5.3 How to set the customized Zone Name

5.4.1 Query the system settings
Format is *6666*62*, and the panel echoes as follow.
SYSTEM set:
SN: Serial Number of the panel
LANGUAGE: Language
ENGINEER PASSWORD: System Password
USER PASSWORD: User Password
GSM CSQ: GSM(0-99 Level) RSSI
WIFI RSSI: Wifi RSSI

5.4.2 Query the second page of system settings

Format is *6666*90*, and the panel echoes as follow.

6. HOW TO MAKE A CALL VIA THE PANEL

On the home screen, you can make a call via the digit keypad.
Press to view the list of dialled number, then press to redial it.

The call will be cancelled if GSM network is not registered, the system
is armed or in voice alarming.

7. SECURING THE PREMISES

7.1 Arming the System

To arm the system, you can operate as below:
By Wireless Key: Press key.
By Panel: Press button when home screen is displayed.
By RFID tag: Put the RFID tag close to the RFID area when system is disarmed.
By APP: Press the Arm icon, then select the Exit Delay.
By remote SMS: Send a message 1234#1 (“1234”is User Password) to the panel, then
an acknowledgement SMS will be returned if armed.
The system will announce “System Armed”. Home Screen will displays the “Armed”icon
and the countdown bar. You must leave the premises before the Exit Delay expires. If
the “Arm SMS” is enabled, you will receive a SMS notification.

All burglary zones, interior & perimeter, are armed.

7.2 Arming in Stay Mode

This mode is used when you are staying home.
To arm the system in stay mode, you can operate as below:
By Wireless Key: Press key.
By Panel: Press button twice when home screen is displayed.
By RFID tag: Put the RFID tag close to the RFID area when system is disarmed.
By APP: Press the Stay Arm icon.

By remote SMS: Send a message 1234#3 (“1234”is User Password) to the panel,

Armed”icon. If the “Arm SMS” is enabled, you will receive a SMS notification.

Perimeter burglary zones ( Zone Type programmed as Stay Arm Active ),

such as windows and doors are armed.

7.3 Disarming the System

To disarm the system ,to silence alarm ,to clear trouble displays and to cancel
the alarm that is in progress , you can operate as below:

By Wireless Key: Press key.

By Panel: Press button when home screen is displayed.
By RFID tag: Put the RFID tag close to the RFID area when system is armed.
By APP: Press the Disarm icon.
By remote SMS: Send a message 1234#2 (“1234”is User Password) to the panel,
then an acknowledgement SMS will be returned if armed.
The system will announce “System Disarmed”. Home Screen will displays the
“Disarmed”icon. If the “Arm SMS” is enabled, you will receive a SMS notification.

7.4 SOS Function

To manually active panic function, you can operate as below:
By Wireless Key: Press key.
By Panel: Press SOS key on the panel.
By APP: Press the SOS icon.
Home screen displays “Panic Alarm”. An Panic Alarm will be generated.
An Panic Alarm send an text notification to your mobile ,and sounds a loud,steady
alarm at your panel.

8. MULTI-MODE ALARM FEATURE

8.1 SYSTEM TROUBLES:

- Loss of AC Power: If the building and/or neighbourhood has lost electrical power, the
system will continue to operate on battery for several hours.
- System Low Battery: “Low Battery” is displayed when the system’s backup battery
power is low.
- Sensor Low Battery: Each wireless sensor in your system has an internal battery.
The system detects low battery conditions in wireless sensors, and displays a “Sensor
Low Battery” message on the home screen, means that battery replacement in the
indicated sensor(s) is due within 7 days.
- AC Power Normal.

- Tamper: when a cover tamper has been detected to generate a Tamper Alarm.
8.2 SMS Notification Feature
When an alarm or system trouble occurs, a SMS notification will be sent to the Phone
Number that have been programmed in your system.
8.3 Two-Way Voice Feature
8.3.1 Voice Dialog
When an alarm occurs, the system will dial to your Phone Number that have been
programmed in your system. After the call is connected, you can hear the voice
message that have been recorded and what the alarm occurs, then system will
announce “Press 1 to arm, press 2 to disarm, press 3 to monitor, press 4 to talk”. Press
3 or 4 to listen the violated premises and voice dialog between an operator and an
individual at the premises. If a false alarm is ensured, press 1 to cancel the alarm that
is in progress.
8.3.2 The Phone Programmed Call the Panel
When the phone that have been programmed in the system call the panel, two-way
voice is connected automatically. Allows operator to listen, talk to or conduct two-way
conversations with individuals on the premises.

ATENTIONARI
• Inainte de a pune in functiune acest produs, va rugam sa cititi cu atentie manualul
de utilizare.
• Instalarea si configurarea acestui sistem de alarma necesita cunostinte tehnice
de baza care sa permita intelegerea corecta a termenilor tehnici si a procedurilor
descrise in acest manual.
• Urmati pas cu pas instructiunile si incepeti cu setari simple. Dupa efectuarea
setarilor, testati functionarea corecta a produsului.
• Pentru alimentarea unitatii centrale si a accesoriilor nu depasiti tensiunea
recomandata de producator.
• Nu permiteti accesul copiilor la unitatea de control a sistemului de alarma.
• Nici cel mai avansat sistem de alarma nu poate garanta protectia impotriva efractiei,
a incendiilor sau a problemelor de mediu. Toate sistemele de alarma sunt supuse
unor posibile compromisuri sau esecuri in avertizare din mai multe motive:
» Daca sirenele nu sunt amplasate in raza auditiva a persoanelor sau daca sunt
amplasate in spatele usilor sau a altor obstacole.
» Daca intrusii au acces prin puncte de intrare neprotejate sau zone in care senzorii
au fost ocoliti.
» Daca intrusii au mijloacele tehnice de ocolire, blocare sau deconectare a intregului
sistem sau partial.
» Daca alimentarea senzorilor este inadecvata sau deconectata.
» Daca liniile telefonice sunt scoase din functiune
• Intretinerea inadecvata este cea mai frecventa cauza a defectiunii alarmei. Prin
urmare, testati sistemul cel putin o data pe saptamana pentru a va asigura ca
senzorii, sirenele si comunicatiile telefonice functioneaza corect.

Sistemul dvs. ofera doua moduri de protectie impotriva efractiei: Armare PARTIALA si
TOTALA. Modul partial protejeaza doar perimetrul, permitandu-va sa va miscati liber in
interiorul cladirii. Modul TOTAL protejeaza intreaga cladire. Ambele moduri ofera un timp
de intarziere limitat de intrare care va permite sa intrati si sa dezarmati sistemul fara a
declansa o alarma.
■ Zone
Senzorii sistemului dvs. vor fi atribuiti diferitelor “zone” existente. De exemplu, senzorul
de detectie magnetic de pe usa dvs. de intrare / iesire poate fi atribuit zonei 01, senzorul

de pe ferestrele din dormitorul principal in zona 02 si asa mai departe. Aceste numere
apar pe ecran atunci cand apare o alarma sau o problema pe o zona.
■ Intarziere la Intrare/Iesire
Sistemul dvs. de securitate a fost programat cu timpi de intarziere care va permit sa
iesiti din spatiu dupa armare si sa dezarmati sistemul la intrare, inainte de aparitia
unei alarme. Daca parasiti incinta prea tarziu la iesire sau dezarmati prea tarziu cand
ajungeti acasa, sistemul va declansa o alarma (falsa). Daca apare o alarma, ar trebui sa
dezactivati sistemul imediat.
■ Alarmare si notificari evenimente pe telefon
Cand se produce o alarma, difuzorul incorporat si cel extern vor emite un sunet pana
cand sistemul este dezarmat sau pana la terminarea timpului setat de alarma iar pe
ecran va aparea un mesaj cu zona (zonele) care cauzeaza alarma.
Este posibil ca sistemul dvs. sa fi fost programat sa apeleze si sa trimita automat mesaje
SMS de alarma prin reteaua celulara GSM / 3G si sa trimita notificarea de alarma catre
aplicatia dvs. de pe mobil. Pentru a opri alarma, pur si simplu dezarmati sistemul.

Zona 1, Zona 2 si Zona 3 sunt zonele cablate supravegheate EOLR care suporta
dispozitive/senzori cu semnal NO(circuit deschis) si NC(circuit inchis) si au un timp de
raspuns de 300 ms. Rezistenta maxima a zonei: 11000 ohmi, + EOLR

Conectati dispozitivele NC (Normal inchis) in serie in partea superioara a buclei.

1. Beep armare: Cand functia este activata, sistemul va anunta printr-un sunet Beep
operatiunea de armare sau dezarmare.

2. Blocare taste: Sistemul va bloca tastatura automat daca nu se executa nici o

operatie in decurs de 30 de secunde la tastatura . Pentru a activa tastatura, trebuie sa
introduceti parola de utilizator valida.

3. Lumina taste: Daca functia este dezactivata, luminile de fundal ale afisajului se
opresc dupa 30 de secunde daca nu se efectueaza nici o operatiune la tastatura.

4. Usa/geam avertizare deschis: Daca functia este activata, sistemul va genera o

notificare de avertizare la iesire atunci cand deschideti o usa sau o fereastra dupa
expirarea timpului de iesire.

5. Parola administrator: utilizat pentru deblocarea tastaturii si pentru setarile de la

distanta prin SMS.

6. Parola utilizator: utilizata pentru deblocarea tastaturii, Prefix pentru comenzi control
de la distanta prin SMS si notificare pentru textul alarmei.

7. Limba: Mesaje vocale , Afisarea si notificarea prin SMS vor fi in limba selectata.
Dupa selectarea limbii dorite, panoul se va reseta.

8. Initializare: Daca este activata configuratia implicita din fabrica, orice date care au
fost deja programate in sistem vor fi modificate in Configuratia implicita din fabrica!

3. PRIMA UTILIZARE

3.1 Instalare
Pentru a utiliza comunicarea WiFi integrata, respectiv daca sistemul dvs. este
configurat sa raporteze alarmele si sa accepte control de la distanta prin intermediul
aplicatiei Mobile prin internet, routerul wireless trebuie sa ramana pornit si conectat la
Internet in permanenta.
Pentru a utiliza modulul de comunicatii GSM / 3G incorporat, daca sistemul dvs. este
configurat sa raporteze alarmele si sa primeasca setari prin SMS sau apel vocal,
asigurati-va ca este instalata o cartela SIM (consultati diagrama de mai jos), si ca
panoul este conectat la reteaua GSM / 3G .

Conexiuni de alimentare AC - Conectati alimentatorul din pachet la portul micro USB

de 5V DC si treceti comutatorul bateriei de rezerva in pozitia “ON”.

3.1.1 Ghid rapid de configurare/adaugare sistem in aplicatie si la un router

wireless/internet
Scanati codul QR de pe cutie cu telefonul smart pentru a descarca si instala
aplicatia Easy Security din Magazin Play ( Android ) sau App Stre ( iOS).

Aplicatia Easy Security are un meniu intuitiv ce va va ghida la adaugarea si

conectarea sistemului la o retea WiFi conectata la internet dupa cum urmeaza:

1. Deschideti aplicatia si creati un cont personal ( apasati butonul “Inregistrare“ sau

“Register”) folosind adresa dumneavoastra de e-mail si o parola secreta, pentru a
putea folosi aplicatia. Urmati pasii de pe ecran pentru a finaliza crearea contului.
2. Dupa activare cont, utilizati datele de autentificare pentru a accesa aplicatia ( e-mail
si parola);
3. Pentru adaugarea sistemului de alarma PNI Safe House HS550 in aplicatie, trebuie
sa o conectati la o retea wireless/WiFi disponibila la acea locatie;
4. Conectati telefonul smartphone la reteaua wireless cu acces la internet;
5. Accesati aplicatia dedicata si apasati butonul + ;
6. Alegeti varianta : Airlink si urmati indicatiile de pe ecran;
7. Pasul urmator este sa introduceti parola de la reteaua wireless la care este conectat
telefonul ;
8. Dupa acest pas accesati si activati procedura Airlink si din sistemul de alarma;
9. Confirmati inceperea procedurii de cautare/adaugare si pe telefon pentru finalizare;
10. Asteptati finalizarea numaratorii inverse si sistemul va aparea in aplicatie;

ATENTIE:
- Daca procedura nu reuseste repetati sau alegeti varianta SoftAP;
- Verificati deasemeni parola de Wireless , sa fie introdusa corect si sa contina doar
caractere simple: litere si cifre.

3.2 Setarea numerelor de telefon

Sistemul permite introducerea a pana la 5 numere de telefon pentru utilizatori ce vor
primi notificarea de alarma SMS si/sau apel de alarma cu mesaj vocal.
- Selectati: “Meniu principal-> Telefon-> Primul telefon, al doilea telefon, al treilea
telefon, al patrulea telefon sau al 5-lea telefon”, si sistemul afiseaza ecranul de
programare numar de telefon.
- Utilizati butonul pentru a selecta casuta , apoi utilizati tastatura numerica
pentru a introduce numarul de telefon (pana la 18 cifre).
- Utilizati butonul pentru a selecta casuta , apoi butonul pentru a
selecta intre “Oprit” si “Pornit”.
Cand este selectata optiunea “Pornit”, va fi activata alarma de apelare vocala.
- Utilizati butonul pentru a selecta casuta , apoi butonul pentru a
selecta intre “Oprit” si “Pornit”.
Cand este selectata optiunea “Pornit”, va fi activata alarma de notificare text SMS.
- Apasati butonul pentru a salva noile setari.

3.3 Telecomenzi

Imperechere telecomanda noua

- Selectati “Meniul principal-> Accesorii-> Telecomanda-> Adaugare”.
- Se afiseaza “Sincronizare”, sistemul intra in modul imperechere si numara timpul de
asociere ramas.
- Apasati un buton al telecomenzii pentru a trimite un semnal catre panou.
- Pe masura ce numarul de serie al cheii wireless este adaugat la panou, va fi afisat
mesajul “Invatare OK”.
Sistemul va afisa “Codul dispozitivului a fost invatat” daca numarul de serie al
telecomenzii a fost invatat.

-Selectati “Meniul principal-> Accesorii-> Telecomanda-> Sterge”.
- Folositi butoanele pentru a derula pana la numarul de serie ce trebuie sters.
- Apasati pentru a sterge numarul de serie selectat.

- Se afiseaza un numar total de numere de serie invatate.

Trebuie sa atribuiti un tip de zona fiecarei zone (senzor), aspect care defineste modul
in care sistemul raspunde la evenimentele din acea zona.
“Activ la armare partiala” atribuit, de obicei, senzorilor sau contactelor de la usile de
intrare/iesire, usile/ferestrele exterioare, perimetrale. Activ cand este armat in modul
Armat total sau Armat partial.
“Inactiv la armare partiala ” desemnat de obicei unei zone interioare (de ex .: living,
hol, camera). Ignorat automat daca armati in modul Armare partiala.
“24 ore activ” atribuit de obicei unei zone care contine un buton de urgenta, senzor
de fum, senzori de CO, senzori de inundatie si senzori de gaz.
Pentru a fi utilizat ca sonerie, selectati “Sonerie”.
Pentru a dezactiva zona, selectati “Inchisa”.
- Utilizati pentru a derula la , apoi utilizati tastatura numerica pentru a introduce
numarul zonei (sunt disponibile 0-89). Numarul zonei trebuie sa fie unic.
- Apasati ,“Sincronizare” este afisat,sistemul intra in modul imperechere si
numara timpul de asociere ramas.
- Declansati senzorul pentru a trimite un semnal de imperechere catre panou.
- In momentul in care numarul de serie al senzorului fara fir este adaugat la panou, va
fi afisat mesajul “Invatare OK”.
Sistemul va afisa “Codul dispozitivului a fost invatat” daca numarul de serie al
senzorului fara fir a fost invatat si numele zonei / modul / numarul va fi reinnoit.
Editare/Stergere
- Selectati “Meniu principal-> Accesorii-> Detector-> Editare”.
- Utilizati butoanele pentru a derula la numarul de serie ce trebuie editat.
- Ca sa editati numele si modul apasati .
- Pentru a sterge numarul de serie selectat, apasati .

Sterge tot
- Selectati “Meniul principal-> accesorii-> Detector-> Stergeti tot”.
- Se afiseaza un numar total de senzori inregistrati. - Pentru a sterge toti senzorii,
apasati

3.5 TAG-uri RFID

Inregistrare Tag RFID nou

- Selectati “Meniul Principal-> Accesorii-> RFID-> Adaugati”.

- Puneti eticheta Tag in apropierea zonei RFID a panoului.
- Pe masura ce numarul de serie al etichetei Tag este adaugat la panou, va fi afisat

Sistemul va afisa “Codul dispozitivului a fost invatat” daca numarul de serie al etichetei
Tag a fost invatat.
Stergere Tag RFID
- Selectati “Meniul Principal-> Accesorii-> RFID-> Sterge”.
- Utilizati butoanele pentru a derula la numarul de serie de sters
. - Apasati pentru a sterge numarul de serie selectat.

Sterge toate Tag-urile RFID

- Selectati “Meniu principal-> Accesorii-> RFID-> Sterge tot”.
- Se afiseaza un numar total de Tag-uri / numere de serie invatate. - Pentru a sterge
toate Tag-urile apasa .

3.6 Imperecherea cu sirena fara fir

- Configurarea sirenei fara fir pentru a intra in modul de imperechere( Sniffer) -
consultati ghidul de utilizare al sirenei fara fir.
- Selectati “Meniu principal-> Accesorii-> Invatare sirena”. Panoul afiseaza “Mesaj
invatare trimis” si trimite un semnal de transmisie la sirena fara fir.
- Sirena fara fir confirma cu un mesaj sonor/vizual ( vezi manualul sirenei).
3.7 Inregistrare priza/releu fara fir cu sistemul la alarma
- Selectati: “Meniu principal-> Accesorii-> Alarma priza”, sistemul afiseaza ecranul de
asociere Priza alarma.
- Treceti priza/releul fara fir in modul de imperechere( Sniffer) -consultati ghidul de
utilizare al prizei/releului pentru detalii .
- Apasati butonul “Pornit” si butonul “Oprit” pe rand si ecranul va afisa
”Semnal invatare trimis” si va trimite un semnal de invatare de 2 ori catre priza/releu.
- Priza/releul fara fir vor confirma conform indicatiilol din manualul fiecaruia.
Pentru a testa reusita imperecherii, testati apasand “Pornit” si “Oprit” pentru a verifica
daca dispozitivul fara fir poate fi deschis si inchis.

Cand se produce o alarma sonora, Priza/releul fara fir va fi deschis pana cand
sistemul este dezarmat sau va avea loc o expirare a sunetului de alarma.

3.8 Automatizare inteligenta

Imperecherea cu priza/releul fara fir
- Selectati: “Meniu principal-> Accesorii-> priza/releu”, sistemul afiseaza ecranul de
asociere Priza
Pentru a imperechea si comanda prize/relee fara fir (pana la 8 bucati), consultati sect.
3.7 “Inregistrare priza/releu”. Pentru a testa daca inregistrarea a reusit, apasati pe

“Pornit” si “Oprit” pentru a verifica daca este posibila deschiderea/inchiderea.

Puteti inchide/deschide priza/releul fara fir din aplicatia de Smartphone.

3.9 Inregistrare mesaje

Inregistrare si redare mesaje
Sistemul dvs. poate inregistra / reda / sterge un mesaj vocal scurt (pana la 20 de
secunde) care poate fi ascultat mai tarziu. Mesajul va fi redat destinatarului cand va fi
efectuat un apel de alarma.
- Selectati “Meniu principal-> Inregistrare-> Inregistrare” -> sistemul afiseaza ecranul
Inregistrare.
- Pregatiti-va pentru inregistrare cand este afisata optiunea “Inregistrare” in caseta de
dialog si va incepe numaratoarea inversa (durata de inregistrare ramasa).
- Vorbiti spre microfon si inregistrarea se opreste automat dupa expirarea timpului.
- Sistemul reda automat mesajul.
- Apasati butonul pentru a salva mesajul.

3.10 Armare/Dezarmare automata

Caracteristica poate fi utilizata pentru a programa sistemul pentru armarea sau
dezarmarea sistemului automat in fiecare zi
Programare Armare
- Selectati: “Meniu principal-> Temporizare-> Temporizare armare”, sistemul afiseaza
ecranul de programare a armarii.
- Utilizati pentru a derula la , apoi tastele numerice pentru a introduce ora
zilnica de armare(in 24-hr).
- Utilizati pentru a derula la , apoi tasta pentru a selecta “Pornit”.
- Apasa pentru a salva noile setari.
Programare dezarmare
- Selectati: “Meniu principal-> Temporizare-> Temporizare dezarmare”, sistemul
afiseaza ecranul de programare a dezarmarii
- Utilizati pentru a derula la , apoi folositi tastatura numerica pentru a
introduce ora zilnica de dezarmare (in 24-hr).
- Utilizati pentru a derula la , apoi utilizati pentru a selecta“Pornit”.
- Apasa pentru a salva noile setari.

4. APLICATIA DE MOBIL EASY SECURITY

Scanati codul QR de pe cutie cu telefonul smart pentru a descarca aplicatia din
Magazin Play ( Android ) sau App Stre ( iOS).

Aplicatia Easy Security are un meniu intuitiv ce va va ghida la conectarea

sistemului la o retea WiFi conectata la internet :

5. CONFIGURARE PRIN SMS

5.1 Cum puteti configura sistemul prin SMS

Pentru a configura sistemul prin SMS, editati mesajul text de setare conform sintaxei
de mai jos, apoi trimiteti-l la numarul SIM instalat in sistemul de alarma. Telefonul mobil
va primi un SMS de confirmare daca setarea s-a facut cu succes.

Nota: Comanda trebuie sa fie de 2 cifre (de exemplu, 01,51,90, etc.), iar
caracterul de inceput, separare si sfarsit trebuie sa fie ‘*’.

1. Formatul de setare al parametrului numar de telefon din mesajul text de trimis este:

In acest sir: “07xxxxxxxx” reprezinta numarul de telefon (pana la 18 cifre),
- “A” folosit pentru a activa (1) sau a dezactiva (0) alarma vocala si
- “B” folosit pentru a activa (1) sau a dezactiva (0) notificarea SMS de alarma.
Exemple:
Pentru a seta primul numar de telefon ca “0710123456” si pentru a activa doar
notificarea prin SMS si pentru a seta al doilea numar de telefon ca “0720654321” si
pentru a activa numai Apelarea vocala, atunci mesajul SMS de trimis catre sistem va
avea forma :
*6666*510710123456,0,1*520720654321,1,0*
2. Adresa server IP si portul sunt utilizate numai pentru conexiunea la distanta pentru
depanare service.
Formatul mesajului SMS de setare adresa server IP si port va avea forma:
aaa, bbb, ccc, ddd, xxxxx
In acest sir, “aaa, bbb, ccc, ddd” este IP si “xxxxx” este Port.
De exemplu:
Pentru a seta IP si Port ca “[Link]:2001”, atunci SMS-ul la distanta are forma:

3. Setarea APN - Nume punct de acces. Acest lucru este, de asemenea, utilizat pentru

5.2 Prefixul unei notificari SMS de alarma

Sistemul poate fi denumit printr-un SMS trimis catre acesta. Numele este utilizat in
notificarile de tip SMS trimise de sistem in cazul unei alarme.
Formatul mesajului SMS de setare prefix este: 1234@cladireXXX.
In acest sir, “1234” este Parola utilizatorului, “@” este un stegulet de comanda, iar
“cladireXXX” este textul personalizat.

5.3 Cum sa personalizati numele unei zone

Puteti personaliza numele pentru fiecare zona prin comanda SMS de la distanta.
Numele este utilizat pentru a identifica ce zona are loc declansarea alarmei, si
identificarea acesteia in notificarea prin SMS in caz de alarma.
Format SMS: 1234@XX@Dormitor Parter
In acest sir, “1234” este Parola de utilizator, cele doua “@” sunt steaguri de comanda,
“XX” este numarul zonei (de la 00 la 89) si “Dormitor Parter” este textul personalizat.

5.3 Obtinere setari sistem prin comanda SMS

5.4.1 Cerere setari sistem
Formatul mesajului sms de trimis este *6666*62* si sistemul va raspunde in felul
urmator prin SMS:

6. CUM SA EFECTUATI UN APEL VOCAL PRIN INTERMEDIUL

SISTEMULUI

In ecranul principal, puteti efectua un apel prin tastatura numerica a sistemului.

Apasati pentru a vizualiza lista de numere apelate, apoi pentru reapelare.

Apelul nu va fi posibil daca reteaua GSM e deconectata, sistemul este

armat sau in alarmare.
7. UTILIZAREA SISTEMULUI

7.1 Armare sistem

Pentru a arma sistemul, procedati astfel:
Din telecomanda: Apasati butonul .
Din tastatura sistem: Apasati butonul cand este afisat ecranul de start .
Prin Tag RFID: Apropiati Tag-ul RFID de zona RFID cand sistemul este dezarmat.
Din aplicatie: Apasati Pictograma Armare, si selectati Intarzierea la iesire dorita.
Prin SMS: Trimiteti un mesaj 1234#1 (“1234” este parola utilizator) catre sistem , dupa
care veti primi un mesaj SMS de confirmare de la acesta.
Sistemul va anunta “Sistem Armat”. Ecranul va afisa pictograma “Armat” si bara de
numaratoare inversa. Trebuie sa parasiti incinta inainte de expirarea perioadei de
intarziere a iesirii. Daca functia de “SMS la armare” este activata, veti primi o
notificare prin SMS.

Toate zonele de efractie, interioare si perimetrale, sunt inarmate.

7.2 Armare Partiala ( perimetrala)

Acest mod este utilizat cand ramaneti in casa, cladirea protejata.
Pentru a arma sistemul in modul partial, puteti opera astfel:
Din telecomanda: Apasati butonul .

Din tastatura sistem: Apasati butonul de doua ori cand este afisat ecranul de start.
Din aplicatie: Apasati pictograma Armare partiala.
Prin SMS: Trimiteti un mesaj 1234#3 (“1234” este parola utilizator) catre sistem, dupa
care veti primi un mesaj SMS de confirmare de la acesta.
Sistemul va anunta “Sistem Armat”. Ecranul de pornire va afisa pictograma “ Armare
partiala”. Daca functia trimitere SMS la armare este activata, veti primi o notificare
de confirmare pe SMS.

Perimetrul zonei de efractie (tip de zona programat ca “Activ la armare

partiala “), cum ar fi ferestrele si usile sunt armate.
7.3 Dezarmare sistem
Pentru dezarmarea sistemului, oprirea alarmei, stergere evenimente active in
curs de desfasurare, puteti opera astfel:

Din telecomanda: Apasati butonul .

Din tastatura sistem: Apasati butonul cand este afisat ecranul de start.
Prin Tag RFID: Apropiati Tag-ul RFID de zona RFID cand sistemul este armat.
Din aplicatie: Apasati Pictograma Dezarmare.
Prin SMS: Trimiteti un mesaj 1234#2 (“1234” este parola utilizator) catre sistem, dupa
care veti primi un mesaj SMS de confirmare de la acesta.
Sistemul va anunta “Sistem Dezarmat”. Ecranul de pornire va afisa “Dezarmat”. Daca
functia trimitere SMS la armare este activata, veti primi o notificare de confirmare
pe SMS.

7.4 Functia SOS ( Panica)

Pentru a activa functia de panica manual, procedati dupa cum urmeaza:
Din telecomanda: Apasati butonul .
Din tastatura sistem: Apasati butonul SOS de pe panou.
Din aplicatie: Apasati pictograma SOS.
Ecranul de start afiseaza “Alarma de panica”. O alarma de panica va fi generata.
O alarma de panica trimite o notificare text SMS pe telefonul mobil si declanseaza o
alarma la nivel de sistem si sirena.

8. FUNCTIA DE ALARMA CU MAI MULTE MODURI

8.1 Situatii intalnite frecvent:

- In cazul in care cladirea a suferit o intrerupere a energiei electrice AC 230 V, sistemul
va continua sa functioneze pe baterie timp de mai multe zeci de minute.
- Baterie Descarcata: “Baterie descarcata” este afisat cand bateria de rezerva a
sistemului are un nivel scazut.
- Baterie descarcata senzor: Fiecare senzor fara fir din sistem are o baterie interna.

Sistemul detecteaza conditiile de descarcare a bateriilor in senzorii fara fir si afiseaza

pe ecranul de pornire mesajul “Sensor Low Battery”, ceea ce inseamna ca inlocuirea
bateriei in senzorul (senzorii) indicati este recomandata in 7 zile.
- Revenire alimentare AC 230 V.
- Tamper: cand a fost detectat un eveniment de tip Tamper ( incercare de distrugere,
smulgere echipament) Sistemul genereaza o alarma Tamper.

8.2 Functia de notificare prin SMS

Cand apare o alarma sau o problema de sistem, o notificare prin SMS va fi trimisa la
numarul de telefon care a fost programat in sistemul dvs.

8.3 Functia de comunicare bidirectionala

8.3.1 Dialog vocal
Cand se produce o alarma, sistemul va forma numarul dvs. de telefon care a fost
programat in sistem. Dupa ce apelul este conectat, destinatarul poate auzi mesajele
vocale: cel inregistrat si ce locatie a declansat alarma si in continuare mesajul “Apasati
1 pentru Armare, apasati 2 pentru dezarmare, apasati 3 pentru monitorizare, apasati
4 pentru a vorbi”. Apasati 3 sau 4 pentru a asculta locatia si pentru dialog vocal intre
destinatar si persoana aflata in incinta. Daca aveti confirmarea ca este o alarma falsa,
apasati 1 pentru a anula alarma care este in desfasurare.
8.3.2 Numarul de telefon programat in sistem pentru apelare
Atunci cand numarul de telefon care a fost programat in sistem apeleaza sistemul,
comunicarea audio bidirectionala este conectata automat. Permite operatorului sa
asculte, sa vorbeasca sau sa efectueze conversatii in ambele sensuri cu persoanele
din incinta.
