Dear Y. Sangeeta,
We are pleased to offer you a position with "Scrubble Services Private Limited" as a Sales Executive
starting on December 29, 2021. You will be reporting to the Executive Assistant, BDM and the
Managing Director.
Position type & Location of work : This is a full time position. Initial location of work is Hyderabad.
Compensation: Your current compensation ctc package would be of 2,16,000/- on reaching the target of
120 bookings for first month. The target would be 150 bookings from next month. However, if the
target is not met the compensation ctc would be 1,44,000/-
At-will agreement : Your employment with the company is for a key position which will have a lock-in
period of 1 year and thus you may terminate the employment relationship post this period, or with a
notice of minimum 3 months, or an equivalent compensation. The company reserves the right, in its sole
discretion, to change your compensation and/or employee benefits at any time on a prospective basis.
Job Description: The said role requires identifying new business opportunities by building trust and
contacts with clients; improving profitability and helping in growth of the company. The candidate
should ideally also possess skills such as lead generation, client relationship management,
B2B/Corporate Sales and effective team and time management.
This employment agreement, along with the Confidentiality Agreement, sets forth the Terms and
conditions of your employment with the Company, and supersedes any prior representations or
agreements concerning your employment with the Company, whether written or oral. You acknowledge
and agree that you are not relying on any statements or representations concerning the Company or your
employment with the Company except those made in this agreement.
