simply no place to buy groceries in the neighborhood.
I had hoped to go swimming in the ocean, but I quickly discovered that the water was too cold. My friends
said that if I wanted to go swimming, I would have to get a wet suit. There is a current of icy-cold water that
comes down the coast from Alaska. Even in the summer, the water is pretty cold.
