Words and definitions used in these Course Details shall have the same meaning given to
them in the Terms and Conditions.

One to three week bookings - deposit £500
Four to six week bookings – deposit £1000
Balances must be 90 days before the course start date.
Bookings after this point require payment in full at the time of
booking.
What is included on ● all meals;
Programme? ● all programme excursions, including entrance fees and
transportation;
● all timetabled sports and activities including graduation
ceremonies;
● pastoral staff support throughout;
● all academic tuition;
● accommodation which may be single, twin, triple,
dormitory. Separated by age and gender;
● travel and medical insurance; and
● complimentary airport transfer service if pre-booked and if
arrival is within specified timeframes

Oxford Summer Courses shall have the right to make any
changes to the location of the Programme due to unforeseen
changes in circumstance, or which do not materially affect the
nature or quality of the Programme.

Cancellation Charges
/ Refunds
Where an Applicant’s Visa application has been declined the
Applicant may cancel the attendance on the Programme by
notifying Oxford Summer Courses in writing. In the event of
such a cancellation the Applicant shall be entitled to a refund
of any Programme fees, however if the notice of cancellation
is provided less than 48 days prior to the commencement of
the Programme, the Oxford Summer Courses shall be entitled
to retain a proportion of the paid Programme fees to reflect
irrecoverable costs, which shall be calculated at a rate of £50
per night of the scheduled duration of the Programme.
In the event of any other cancellation by the Applicant, Oxford
Summer Courses must receive written confirmation.
Cancellations before the commencement of the Programme
shall receive the following refunds of the balance of the
Programme fee but deposits shall remain non-refundable:

Course Specific Student ages; 9-12 years
Information:
Visa Policy: The Student is advised to ensure that they can acquire an
appropriate visa for study in the United Kingdom covering the
Programme dates and that they can comply with all other
entry and residence requirements applicable in the United
Kingdom. Oxford Summer Courses can provide advice and
support in regard to acquiring short term study visas.

1. This agreement is made up of the following:
(a) These Course Details shown above; and
(b) The Terms and Conditions;
(hereinafter the “Agreement”).
2. If there is any conflict or ambiguity between the Course Details and the
Terms and Conditions, then the Course Details shall prevail.
