Quality describe the internal characteristic of an object, it is something inherent of an object.


So we can say that quality and quantity stand in opposite position

to bring an idea that product has to meet customer needs, then they are included when product is design.
The customer requirements then convert into product specification
The next step is to bring design into real product, which manufacturing or production process is needed
