1. What are the qualities of engineer manager? Why these qualities are
important?
Inspires a Shared Vision- a leader is Someone who lifts you up, gives people
a reason to be, and offers us the ambition and desire to change. According to
Bennis “They offer people opportunities to create their own vision, to explore
what the vision will mean to their jobs and lives, and to envision their future
as part of the vision for the organization.”
Good Communicator- ability to deal with individuals at all levels in order to
clearly and accurately communicate goals, responsibilities, performance,
expectations, and opinions.
Support individual and team achievements- Provide the team with the
resources they need to succeed and grow to the next level.

Managers with a strong sense of purpose may inspire, empower, and


trust their employees to accomplish their duties, giving them direction while
inspiring, empowering, and trusting them to do so.

2. Personally, what did you realize on this subject? Did it improve your
perspective as soon to be engineer?

Engineering management helps individuals in turning its engineering


discipline's vocabulary into business and industrial culture. It improves my
perspective soon to be an engineer by leading better unity among the team
when we make trading and investment choices about the future direction of
our ventures. A successful engineer manager is dedicated and shows ethical
behavior. Know what the team need in terms of time, resources, and working
environment, and make sure those requirements are met.

3. What is the best topic that you have learned and can be applied in your day-
to-day lives? why?
The best topic that I have learned that I can apply to my day-to-day
lives is communication management because good communication allows
you to understand and be understood by others, which strengthens your deep
bonds. Because a lack of communication skills leads to a lot of
misunderstandings and frustration, as well as expressing the team's
transparency and unity. Effective communication boosts productivity, builds
trust, and strengthens connections.
