“Good morning/afternoon, We, ABLOS KYRA, MARQUEZ RHOJAN, ORMITA ANNIE, TAY-OG
LLOYD, TAYNAN CLAVIER, TELBA ROEL, TILLAMA ROVIC, TIPAYNO JOSHUA, students of
Bachelor of Science in Criminology of the University of the Cordilleras. We are working on a study
entitled “The Acceptance of Religious Community Towards Graduates of Penal Institution”.

“This research is part of the partial requirements for the course Criminology 8 (Criminological Research
2) and we are requesting for your participation through an interview, which we will conduct at your most
convenient time.”

“Your participation will be helpful in this study because we would like to explore and further understand
the acceptance of the religious community towards graduates of penal institutions.”
