Chair, Ritual Performance and Education Committee 2017 - 2021
● Coordinated 36 volunteers to execute more than 62 performances of the Ritual online. This
resulted in the initiation of 1,032 new Brothers with more than 4,000 total unique attendees
● Engineered a Ritual Registration system to automate the processes of sending confirmation
emails and verifying the membership statuses of participants
● Empowered committee members to create and present multiple workshops at all district
conventions, 2021 National Convention, and D.C. al Coda
● Co-authored The Inner Circle, generated ideas for activities in a variety of learning modalities,
and edited language throughout the book for consistency and clarity
Elections Team Member 2020
● Ensured the smooth administration of District Council elections
North Central District Alumni Association Social Committee Member 2018 - Present
● Advocated to change the summer 2020 NCDAA Book Club selection to The Hate U Give, in order
to prioritize support for Black authors and stories of racial injustice
● Provided a pleasant and helpful social experience for members by hosting Virtual Dinner Party
and Craft Night activities during the pandemic

● Developed familiarity with the Road to Wisdom, assisted seven chapters in creating curriculum
calendars and completing activity review forms, and modeled RTW lesson delivery in person

● Conducted video coaching calls with chapter VPMs via phone and Google Hangouts
