LCWAY App Store and LCWay Mobile Application
1) You need to download LCWaikiki App Store into your mobile phone from
[Link] link.
For IOS, click this For Android, click this

app, you need to click
“install” to download
this app into your
mobile phone.

You should click “Settings”, and then you
should choose “Device Management” to
allow this app.
You should click this expression
so that your phone recognizes
this app as a trusted app
You should click “Trust”
2) You need to write your user name and password to enter LCW Appstore.
• Employees with corporate e-mail addresses should write
“[Link]” in user name field. For example;
“[Link]”.
• Employees who don’t have corporate e-mail addresses should
write their user id (personal reference id) recorded in
Harmony system. Please do not write your store code in that
field.
• Employees with corporate e-mail addresses should enter their
password used to log in their pc in the password field.
• Employees who don’t have corporate e-mail addresses should
write their password after they created a new password for
themselves.
Employees who need to create a new password need to click
“Retrieve Password” button.
3) Retrieve Password
You need to choose “e-mail” option. Mobile
phone option does not work to create a
password.
You need to write your e-mail recorded in
Harmony system. Before entering, please make
sure this e-mail is saved in Harmony system. If it
is not saved, you won’t be able to receive a link
to create your password.

Harmony system. Before entering, please make
sure this is saved in Harmony system.

check your e-mail box (inbox, spam etc.)
4) You will receive an e-mail to reset your password.

You need to specify and write your
new password in this screen. After
pressing “send” button, you will
create your password to enter
LCWay App Store and LCWay
mobile application.
6)
You need to write your user name and
password and click “Start Session” button to
enter LCWay App Store.
7)
You need to have a pin produced by “Google
Authenticator” to continue in this screen. That’s
why, firstly you need to download “Google
Authenticator” to your mobile phone. After that,
you need to come back to this screen and click
“Setup Google Authenticator” button.
8)
You need to scan this QR code through Google
Authenticator or you need to enter this setup key
in the Google Authenticator. After that, Google
Authenticator will produce a pin for you. You need
to use this pin to enter LCWay App Store.
9)
You need to click “HR App Store” to
be able to install LCWay mobile
application.
10)
You need to click “Install” to
download LCWay mobile
application.
11)
You will see security
warnings and you need to
click “allow” for LCWay
mobile application.
12)
You need to again write your user name,
password here and click “Start Session” to
enter LCWay mobile application.
You can change language
through this menu.
13)
You have successfully entered LCWay
mobile application. After this point,
don’t need do anything. This is what
we aim to accomplish Please
note that this application will be very
important in upcoming DPS big pilot
project.
IMPORTANT NOTES FOR LOG IN PROCESS
1. Make sure you have an Internet connection
2. If you are using Wi-Fi, be close to the source.
3. If you couldn't solve the problem with Wi-Fi connection, try your own Mobile Connect
4. User ID (Harmony ID) must be written in the “user name” field for the ones who don’t have
corporate e-mail addresses. Do not write your e-mail address in that area.
5. User name ([Link]) must be written in the “user name” field for employees who have
corporate e-mail addresses. Do not write your e-mail address in that area.
5. Create a password of at least 8 characters, including uppercase letters and numbers, such as
“Tema1234”.
6. You must receive the PIN code via Google Authenticator, do not try to receive the code via SMS.
[Link] you continue to experience problems, please re-start your mobile phone.
8. Make sure that your mobile phone is updated to the lates version.
9. If you have not been able to log in successfully to the LCWay mobile application, please try to log
in by copying this link (“[Link]”) to the browser on your mobile phone or computer.
10. If you are not successful despite all these steps, you should reach out to your store with your
password. When the store manager collects some cases, she/he should forward it to local it, she/he
does not need to wait for the end of the day
