AFFIDAVIT OF OWNERSHIP

I, ZANZIBAR GUANZON MISAJON, of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of Ponlacion 2,
Hamtic Antique, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the rightful and lawful owner of one (1) unit of motorcycle, as per Deed of Sale of
Motor Vehicle, described as follows:

Model : KTM 450 SXF 2018
Chassis No. : VBKSXE437JM326125
Motor No. : 7943620000R

2. That in my capacity as rightful owner, I hereby unconditionally warrant the absolute ownership
of the above-described of one (1) unit of motorcycle;

3. That I hereby undertake to defend such of one (1) unit of motorcycle, as well as assume, and
satisfy any suits or claims resulting there from, without cost, charge or liability whatsoever;

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts, to warrant the
ownership of the above-described of one (1) unit of motorcycle and for whatever legal intents
and purposes this may serve.
