Second Semester SY 2021-2022
Answer the following questions:
1. What are the five stages that customers go through when purchasing a product? What can the
entrepreneur do to increase the chances of his product being purchased or repurchased?
The five stages that a customer goes through when purchasing a product are: identifying if it is a
need or want, second is looking for information, where the potential customer will look for reviews
about the specific product or service, next is evaluating choices, then making the purchase, and
finally assessing the product or service experience, where the potential customer will most likely
share their thoughts or reviews about the specific product that they have purchased. By advertising
their product more, establishing and managing their brand, and making their brand relevant and
memorable, entrepreneurs may boost the possibilities of their product being purchased or
repurchased.
2. What is your opinion about shampoo commercials that feature beautiful young ladies with long black
hair? Are you aware of the subtle message involved in the ad?
Beautiful young ladies with long black hair are frequently featured in shampoo advertising since it
is easier to achieve the absolute shine effect. Shampoo advertisements, on the other hand, should
feature attractive young women with naturally colored hair. With this, the potential customer will
feel accepted by everyone, even if their hair is unusual and out of the ordinary. Shampoo
advertisements should not be limited to one type of hair; instead, they should feature a variety of
other girls with various types of hair, whether long or short, wavy or straight.
3. Why is it important for a company to build its brands?
People are more likely to buy or repurchase from a company that has a strong brand since it is easier
for them to recall your products. Serving your customers with consistent products and services can
help your company's brand become well-known in the industry.
4. What must a company consider in choosing brand elements?
