AND RECOGNITION PROGRAM

I. TITLE: Graduation, Moving Up and Recognition Program

II. OBJECTIVES:
a. To conduct the first virtual Graduation Ceremony for Grade 12 students and
Moving Up to Grade 10 students
b. Recognize academic awardees in the Grade 12 and Grade 10 students
c. To award the diploma/certificate and medals to the students nearest their
residence.

III. RATIONALE

With the current onset of the pandemic brought about by Covid-19, mass
gatherings such as graduation programs are now prohibited and limited. As an
alternative to this momentous day of a graduating student, the school has opted to
proceed with the virtual graduation and moving up program as it is what is encouraged
by the department. It shall be posted and available therein at the school’s Facebook
page, DepEd Tayo Benguet National High School – Bineng Annex starting on July 21,
2021 (Wednesday).

With regards to the receiving of their diploma/certificates and medals, the


students shall be called to a designated Aspulan/Neighborhood Learning Area nearest
their residence. The teachers who will give the awards, the parents, and the students
who will receive their certificates/diploma and/or medal shall be wearing prescribed
face mask and shall be observing social distancing and other necessary health
protocols.

VI. MONITORING AND EVALUATION
