To establish my Native cafe de barako business to be the leading coffee roaster and purveyor of liberica
in town.
Mission
To provide an ambiance place and to serve the best native coffee to the guest and to support the local
farmers of coffee.
Nature of business:
This coffee shop is part of the specialty eatery industry, which also includes outlets specializing in
products such as local cakes, pastry and sweets. This coffee shop serve the best Suman, Bibingka (Rice
cake) and buko pie to the local people. That promotes the local delicacy and native coffee of the
Philippines that supports the local farmers. This cafe also has a direct access to the costumers.

Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunity and Threats to my Cafe Business
Strength:
Not high maintenance because all the staff who runs this business are family members.
Reasonable prices, the costumers won't hesitate to order and to try all the local delicacy and
native coffee because it is very affordable.
The location is very peaceful and relaxing, the costumers will enjoy their coffee break.
High technology machines, to reduce the time customers has to wait for their coffees we will
use high tech coffee maker machines and to maintain the international quality of the coffee. In
this way we can provide efficient customer service.
Friendly staff, our business will not only be marketed around the quality products, but also the
high standard of customer service. Service is extremely important in retaining and gaining
customers
Weaknesses:
No experience running a business, since it is the very first business it can lead to many
difficulties.
No regular customers because it is very new to the community.
No free Wi-Fi and internet because this cafe business is promoting to give quality time to their
family and friends while enjoying their coffees and local food and pastries.
Opportunity:
The location is near in schools. The teachers and students has a direct access to the cafe.
The people are searching for relaxing and refreshing environment.
Attract new costumer because of the native coffee and local pastry that very affordable.
Websites, some of the costumers will become a website adviser because the place is very
ambiance and has a unique coffee and delicacy. They will introduce it to their family and friends.
Threats:
The competitors are near in the area.
Being under- priced by more efficient competitors.
When there is a low supply because of the poor harvest of the coffee.
Product being copied, With our opportunity of being innovative, we have the risk of products
being copied and possibly bettered by competitors which is a major threat

Today coffee is grown considerably in great number of countries around the world. Way back then,
coffee was considered as a food, a medicine, an aphrodisiac and even a wine. But now coffee is known
as a beverage to be savored and enjoyed and this appreciation in coffee is deliberately growing
exponentially. Coffee shops make up the fastest growing segment of the restaurant business, having a
seven percent annual growth rate.
Bo's coffee is one of the most leading coffee businesses in Negros Oriental, unlike my coffee business
who offer local native coffee (Libreca) and local cakes, pastry and sweets, who supports local farmers
and to promote local coffee and delicacy, which also offer free delivery within the area. To have an easy
access to the costumers, coffee lovers, and to people who love robust and pure coffee.
Analysis of marketing strategy and target costumer
Studying and understanding the market analysis and building market strategy accurately and effectively
is the best way before starting the business. by running this Native cafe de Barako are not only focusing
on the food and beverage, but to give the most comfortable, ambiance and relaxing environment, a
successful business also focusing on the relationship of the costumer to give them best serves to meet
their satisfaction.
The owner of this coffee business (Native cafe de Barako) uses his strategy by promoting local coffee and
cakes, pastry and sweets by giving free taste of the delicacy and coffees to the public and also by
promoting his business through social media. the target market of this business are the coffee lover, the
local neighborhood and especially to the tourist and guest.
One-year goals:
These goals should part of our overarching long-term goals, while still being realistically achievable and
measurable. By meeting the weekly income and maintaining the productivity of this business, the
specific goal of this coffee business are to maintain the profit of 10,000 weekly.
Three-year goals:
Long-term goals of this business will maintain a high standard local coffee quality and service. Provide
first-rate live entertainment without a cover charge. Ensure a friendly comfortable atmosphere, and to
meet the monthly income to stay on the track. And the specific goal of this coffee shop is to profit
30,000 monthly and increase sales by 15% on or before May 20, 2025, and to decrease variable
expenses by 10% on or before May 20, 2025

cake) and buko pie to the local people. This business promotes the local delicacy and native
coffee of the Philippines and it supports the local farmers such as the farmers of coffee. This
business is good and adaptable for any locations and it is also has a friendly, reasonable and
affordable price. The mission and vision of this business will be serve as a guide upon aiming
the goals and also, by giving an excellent services and/or products to the beloved costumers.
With amenable and hardworking employees, the buyer or purchaser will definitely provide
positive feedback. Furthermore, this Coffee business will not just give the owners an enormous
