Company Terms & Condition
1) Your probation period will be for six months starting from the date of your joining.
2) One month notice period is compulsory in case if resignation from our company (26 days
present compulsory; not included W/O), and after resignation company has right to hold notice
period amount and if employee leave without notice the company has right to deduct or recover
amount of notice period. Please npote that notice period amount will be equivalent to one month
gross salary.
3) If there is problem created by employee on site in any mean, termination of employee within 24
hrs. or immediate will be done. Company will be not responsible to give any reason for the same &
company have right to hold his outstanding payment.
4) If employee leave organization within 365 days from joining date then company has right to
deduct amount associated with safety items, uniform cost & any other cost associated cost.
5) Company will take 2 months time to prepare Full & final sheet after 2 months of last day of
working.
6) Candidate must have at least 50 kg weight.
7) At the time of joining, the employee has to pay safety items cost. That amount will be refund to
employee’s monthly salary after 365 days (12 months) from date of joining.
8) No Canteen facilities at site.
9)If employees want to take leave then leave application must be submitted to Site In-charge and
HR department compulsory and approval from site In-charge and HR department is must for any
leave(even for a single day). If employees takes leave without approval from site In-charge and
HR department then company will deduct amount (basic per day X 1.5) form your salary.
10) If employee leaves organization before 180 Present days ( excluding W/O and Overtime ) then
there will be deduction of 1500/- as administration charges from full and final sheet.
11) Candidate must have to ready for double shift duty in some situations.
