I hope you’re doing well, My name is Mary Joy Ben from College of Business Administration
Major in Financial Management, an incoming second year college. I wrote this letter of Reconsideration
to please approve my Returnee form application because upon checking in Dean’s office, I have a
dismissal.

Due to pandemic caused by covid-19, I’m forced to stop my study because we’re unable to
provide materials needed for online class. Hoping that you understand and take consideration to accept
my application as returnee.
