We wish to renew the contract MR/MS. JHAY SUMAYOP of our company,


ARTECY
MANPOWER SERVICE for our client, BOBSON MW/LW as PROMODISER. He/She will be
responsible
in, selling, promoting and refiling the product of the client.

In his/ her stay with GAISANO GRAND CATARMAN, MR/MS. JHAY SUMAYOP is directly
employed by
ARTECY MANPOWER SERVICE, who shall be responsible for the his/her salaries/ wages/
benefits as
provided for by law. He/She shall not be considered as an employee of your company
but as our own
employee. He/She will be under our control and shall not perform the duties of your
regular employees.

MR/MS. JHAY SUMAYOP will be assigned to one of your Outlets/ Branches


at GAISANO GRAND
CATARMAN starting NOVEMBER 28, 2021-JANUARY 28, 2022 He/She will abide / follow the
rules of
the Agency, which are aligned with the general rules and regulations set forth by
your company.

Likewise, in cases where he/she commits / violates any of the company


rules of GAISANO GRAND
CATARMAN you as our client, may coordinate with us, so we can take
action and impose proper
disciplinary action. While he/she is being investigated, we guarantee to provide a
replacement to him/her.
In case of pilferage and other crimes that may result to damage to your company and
if proven guilty
during investigation, our company has sole responsibility to return and pay off/
charge the loss incurred
as a result of the pilferage investigation and /or to any similar incidents such as
mentioned above.

That the monthly quota set him/ her is P____________/ month.
