Summer Reading Olympiad 2022
Format of the Olympiad
Each grade has been given a prescribed reading list.
Grades 2 and 3 have to read all 8 books from the reading list.
Grades 4 and 5 have to read all 5 books from the reading list.
Grades 6, 7 and 8 have to read all 4 books from the reading list.
Each book will have a set of questions comprising of Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary and Book Dares
(book trivia).
Grade 2 & 3 will have a total of 4 questions per book (3 Standard questions + 1 Achiever’s question). They will
get 2 points for a Standard question and 4 points for an Achiever’s question.
Grade 4 & 5 will have a total of 7 questions per book (5 Standard questions + 2 Achiever’s questions). They
will get 2 points for a Standard question and 4 points for an Achiever’s question.
Grade 6, 7 & 8 will have a total of 10 questions per book (7 Standard questions + 3 Achiever’s questions).
They will get 2 points for a Standard question and 4 points for an Achiever’s question.
