I, Archana Suhas Chaudhari, aged about 51 years, Occupation:


Household, R/o. Plot No. 32 and 33, Flat no 302 Sai Aarti Apartment,
Dhanwantari Nagar, Nagpur (M. S.) 440024 do hereby takes an oath and state
on solemn affirmation as under:

1. I say that I applicant no.1 am the widow and applicant no.2 and
no.3 are the daughters of the deceased Suhas Vinayakrao Chaudhari who
expired on dated 21.03.2021 at Indira Gandhi Government medical
College and Hospital, and the applicants are the only legal heirs of the
deceased.

2. I say that the above named legal heirs are the only legal heirs of the
deceased Suhas Vinayakrao Chaudhari and the said legal heirs /
applicants are in need of Legal Heirship Certificate of the deceased Suhas
Vinayakrao Chaudhari for their personal use therefore, the said legal heirs
/ applicants have preferred the said application. Therefore, it is requested
to the Hon’ble Court to please grant the Legal heirship certificate to the
applicants on their name in the interest of justice.
3. I say that the applicants are the permanent resident of the above
addresses and the deceased Suhas Vinayakrao Chaudhari was residing at
Nagpur and expired at Indira Gandhi Government medical College and
Hospital, Nagpur which is situated within the jurisdiction of this Hon’ble
Court hence, the Hon’ble court is having the jurisdiction to entertain and
decide the matter.
