Online systems: Functions and Platforms
Online >> being connected to the cyberspace through a medium of internet or
simply to computer network even without internet.
Internet resources >> the most accessible medium for entertainment, new, and
even education.
Platform >> defined as a group of technologies that are used as a base upon which
other applications, processes, or technologies are developed. It is a system that
can be programmed and therefore customized by outside developers who are the
users.
Common online platforms
1. Social media platform
A web based technology that allows the development, deployment,
and management of social media solutions and services.
It provides solutions in creating social media websites.
2. E-commerce platform
A collection of software technologies that allows merchants to create
a storefront on the internet.
3. Online learning platform
An incorporated set of interactive online services that provides the
teachers, learners, parents and others involved in the education
sector with a wide range of tools and resources to support and
enhance the delivery and management of education through the
internet.
4. Online video platform
It is a service providing end-to-end tools used to create, customize,
publish, and manage videos online.

Directions: Today, many people are down, stress and losing hope because of the
COVID 19. This is our time to give hope for those people. This will be our chance to
share the message that they must never give up because all will be well. God is
always with us. For your task, create a short video clip that will convey the given
message. Any style will do but the main goal is to spread hope or to bring good
vibes. 1 minute is the minimum and 3 minutes for the maximum length of the video.
