Greetings! I hope this finds you well. May we request your kind office for a
certification regarding the license or accreditation of JSL Construction & General
Services and/or one Jimmy S. Lacap as a contractor, duly authorized to conduct a
legitimate construction business? We are hoping to verify the authority of the said
business in relation to the said industry, in view of an Agreement entered into by
the same with our clients, Sps. Epifanio Labong, Jr. and Marie Antoinette Labong.
