Dear Sir,

Find herewith our best proposal for the Construction of 3-Bedroom Bungalow (interior) wit:

Scope of works:

A. GENERAL
1. Mobilization/demobilization of materials, instruments, equipment and manpower as necessary
for the completion of the project.
2. Hauling of all needed materials from any source to site.
3. Supply and provision of materials, labor, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to
complete the project.
4. Supply and installation of all materials not shown in the plan nor mentioned in these
specifications but necessary to complete the project.
5. Implement QC/QA program during project implementation.

B. CONSTRUCTION OF 3-BEDROOM BUNGALOW

1. Preparation of complete set of construction drawings and perspective.
2. Processing and acquisition of building permit. The Owner will pay for these permits or
approvals and cooperate in obtaining them.
3. Layout of concrete foundations.
4. Excavation works/backfilling works
5. Fabrication and installation of formworks
6. Fabrication and installation of reinforcing bars
7. Concrete pouring of concrete framing system
8. Construction of masonry including plaster finish
9. Fabrication and erection of structural steel works for the canopy.
10. Painting Works
11. Supply and Install of Doors and windows
12. Supply and install of Hanging Cabinet (kitchen only)
13. Ceiling Works
14. Tile Works
15. Electrical works including service entrance cap ready for tapping to power line supply
16. Plumbing works including all accessories specified on plan and specifications. (Water pump
not included)
17. Construction of Septic tank

1. During the actual construction to take on the owner recommendation with respects to the design
2. Contractor’s Price is VAT – Exclusive
3. Payment Terms:
 30% Down Payment upon approval of the Contract.
 70% Progress Billing, claim shall be accompanied by such evidence of the achievement of
such progress.
