Moshell 22 For Ericsson
Prerequisites
Java 7 update 40
WinRAR
First install moshell in home directory.
Paste in chrome below link you will get latest moshell.

1- Download the file http://www.cygwin.com/setup-x86.exe 32bit whatever window doesn’t
matter.
2- Store in home directory(c-users)
3- Choose "Install from internet", then click Next.
4- Root Directory C:\cygwin (It is not recommended to choose a different directory, especially
if it contains spaces).
5- Choose a Download Site. For instance cygwin.mirror.constant.com is known to work well but
probably others work fine too.
6- In the "Select Packages" View menu, choose "Category", then add the following packages: •
under Archive select zip and unzip • under Database, select postgresql • under Graphics,
select gnuplot • under Libs, select libglib2.0_0 and libssp0 • under Net select curl, inetutils,
openssh, openssl • under Perl select perl, perl-XML-Simple, and perl-IO-Tty • under Python
select python2 and python3 • under Tcl select expect
7- Click Next, install will start. Wait for installation to complete
8- <Finish>
9- Copy file from this location --- moshell/examples/cygwin_install/cygwin_install.txt to
C:/Cygwin ---- Note: Moshell you installed in home directory go there then examples go
further and copy last file and paste in Cygwin folder which is in C: drive.
Now go to command prompt
Cd ..
Cd ..
Continue cd .. until u reach to C:\> the purpose is to connect Cygwin which is installed in C: u can say
root directory.
Then
cd cygwin (to connect with Cygwin)
bin\perl.exe cygwin_install.txt (in sha Allah u will get green)
your installation is completed. Go to Cygwin and watch : [~]$
MOshell installation
Follows these steps if you already have a working Cygwin environment.
• Copy the moshell installation package moshellxxx.zip to your home
directory.(c:/cygwin/home/youruserid)
and copy moshell name.
• Open the cygwin shell and run:
unzip -o moshellxxx.zip
then
bash moshell_install
select 0
then tab
then java
then give path or simply press enter
wait to finish installation.
Completed enjoy the halwa.
Just for information
When prompted to enter the directory where you want to install moshell, it is recommended to
specify your HOME directory ( ~). If you have executed moshell_install from your home directory
then you can press the enter key and the current directory is selected. If a previous moshell
installation already exists, it is recommended to install in the same directory as the old one. This
way, all your custom files (jar/xml files, site files, etc.) get copied across to the new revision and the
old revision gets moved to a different location so you can still access it if needed. When prompted to
enter the path to Java, just type java . 11. Running moshell for the first time

Best practice to have backup cv.
Cvget "cv_name" command is used to save the CV to your Moshell home directory.
“Alt” to check alarms and bla bla
“Cab” shows serial number, temperature and status.

Again, Core FTP server
Start----stop “ to generate path to files in view activity(second window) can reach my laptop
Go to 169.254.1.1> lpr upgradep to see what the current s/w on my node are.
Cvls in third paragraph also shows same as lpr
Now we Create MO
