In case a student fails to take a final examination or submit an academic


requirement for completion of a course due to excusable grounds, such as
sickness, emergency, or accident, he/she receives an incomplete mark or INC.
The incomplete or INC may be complied with by the student for a period of
one year, otherwise, the final grade will become 5.0 or failed.
