Why should divorce should be legal? Divorce should be legalized, because not
everything can be permanent.

(Appeal to Authority) For example, the couple is happy, and tomorrow they are
not. And Researchers said that almost 50% of marriages ends up in divorce.
(False dilemma) And it’s because, they might’ve fallen out of love or the other
person cheats.
(Slippery slope) And Because they don’t have the freedom to separate, they both
don’t have the freedom to choose where they think they’ll be happy.

“Divorce Should not be legalized because if the couple has a child or children,
then the child will be greatly affected”

(Questionable cause) REBAT: Since we’re talking about the child’s wellness
and/or the child’s well being, Divorce should be legalized because their parents
are not happy with each other anymore.

“Why should they separate when they can try to work things out?”

(Appeal to person) REBAT: How can you be so sure? Have you already
expirienced it?

“If you legalized Divorce, the couple can think of doing that even if they had just a
simple fight or problem”

(Strawperson) REBAT: You don’t want to legalize divorce, because you probably
think every couple has weak bond

“There are other ways, not just divorce”

(Circular reasoning) Rebat: Because you think that every couple have weak bond.
“They should stick together, because it was what they agreed to in the first place”

(Argument to pity) Rebat: You’re not agreeing to divorce because you didn’t
