V. RATIONALE

Nowadays, in this new normal the Department of Education proposed blended learning such as
modular, online class and broadcasting, wherein most of the parents and students chose modular as a
means of learning although there are school and universities who offered online classes but there are
still students who would like to have their own copy which they can underline or highlight important
data in their module which they can’t do if they only have the soft copy.
Therefore, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Pinoma, Cauayan City, Isabela concurrence
to continue and improve the project entitled “Linis mo, Print ko Project” since printed materials is
expensive, our office is open regarding this matter.

VI. OBJECTIVES

1. To provide free printing assistance.


2. To promote bayanihan amidst pandemic.
3. To link students in SK Projects.

VII. TARGET BENEFICIARIES

The beneficiaries of the project are all students of Pinoma, Cauayan City, Isabela.

VIII. MANPOWER AND FACULTY REQUIREMENT

The Sangguniang Kabataan Officials and KK volunteers of Barangay Pinoma and others.
