Subject:                 SCREENING TEST FOR THE POST OF NAIB QASID (BPS - 01)

                               With reference to your online application received through National Jobs Portal for the post
of Naib Qasid (BPS – 01) published in the newspapers on 9th November, 2022. You are advised to appear for
Initial Screening Test at the following address, date & time:

Date       :              5th February, 2023

Time      :              02:00 PM

Address :                         Expo Center, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 15, near Hassan


Square, Karachi

2.                            Please bring along following DOCUMENTS at the time of Test:

i.                  Printout of this Call Letter

ii.                Original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)

iii.              Clipboard, blue / black ball point etc

3.                                                    Mobile phones, calculator, smart watches and any other electronic devices are
prohibited in test area. No facility of Mobile phone collection will be provided.   Entry with mobile
phones will not be allowed. Please wearing mask inside the test center.

4.                             Candidates are advised to reach the test venue at least 1 hour prior to test time so that all
arrangements are made before start of test.

5.                             The syallabus of each cadre post has already been uploaded on Ministry’s official website i.e.

6.                             The following criteria of selection will be adopted:-

a.       In the order of test merit top 05 candidates will be selected for interview where skill test
is not required i.e. Assistant, Statistical Assistant, Naib Qasid, Regular Frash & Chowkidar.

b.            In the order of test merit top 10 candidates will be selected for each cadre post to
undergo skill test of Stenotypists, LDCs, Photocopy & Duplicating Machine Operators. In the
order of Skill test merit top 05 candidates will be selected for interview.
c.        In the order of merit one principal & one alternate candidate will finally selected for each
cadre post.

7.                            Requests for change of test center will not be entertained.

8.                             Please note that this Call Letter does not confer any right of selection for the above post. No
TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the tests & interview.
