RFP for Construction of Six lane access controlled Expressway from Km 83.500 to Km 127.000 (Diodarda to
Udalpur of Tharad Ahmedabad Expressway- Design length 43.5 kms) under Bharatmala Pariyojana in the State
of Gujarat (Package III) on Hybrid Annuity Mode.
The Government of India had entrusted to the Authority the development, maintenance and management of
Tharad Ahmedabad Expressway including the section from Km 83.500 to Km 127.000 (the “Project”) of length
43.50 km on design, build, operate and transfer (the “DBOT Annuity” or “Hybrid Annuity”) basis, and has
decided to carry out the bidding process for selection of a private entity as the Bidder to whom the Project may
be awarded. Brief particulars of the Project are as follows:

http://etenders.gov.in from 14.10.2022 to 13.12.2022 (up to 1700 Hrs. IST). Bid must be submitted online only
at http://etenders.gov.in during the validity of registration with the NHAI e-Tendering Portal being managed by
National Informatic Centre (NIC), i.e. http://etenders.gov.in on or before 13.12.2022 (upto 1700 hours IST).
Technical submissions of the Bids received online shall be opened on 14.12.2022 (at 1700 hours IST).
Bid submitted through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Security, Power of Attorney for
signing of Bid, Power of Attorney for lead member of Consortium, if any, Joint Bidding Agreement for
Consortium, if any, Integrity Pact, and experience certificates apostile at foreign origin, if any, and other
documents required as per clause 2.11.2 of RFP shall be submitted physically in original by the Lowest Bidder
before issuance of Letter of Award (LOA) by the Authority. Please note that the Authority reserves the right to
accept or reject all or any of the BIDs without assigning any reason whatsoever.
