Stress Management Interview Guide

This document contains questions for an interview about stress and coping mechanisms. It begins by asking about the interviewee's background and experience with stress. It then asks about environmental and situational factors that cause stress, how the interviewee copes with and reacts to stress, and whether they use any technological tools to help manage stress. It closes by asking the interviewee to reflect on the interview and whether it provided any new insights. The overall goal appears to be understanding the interviewee's experiences with stress and what could help them better manage and reduce stress levels.
