Fund Request Letter Letter

Greetings of Peace and Solidarity!

The significance of research in decision-making activities and in solving various problems in the
classroom setting can never be set aside. As a dynamic and scientific endeavour, it is beyond
argument that doing research should not stop even in the time of disruptions. It is then of
utmost importance that the professional practitioners in the field of teaching – the teachers, be
properly upskilled in the field of research to further contribute to the solutions of the problems
that the educational system of the Philippines is currently facing in these troubled times. Hence,
the Lower Bala National High School conduct a two-day blended webinar/seminar-workshop on
“Reorientation of Teachers on DepEd Research Management Guidelines and
Capability Building on Conducting Action and Basic Researches” on March 25 and 26,
2021. In this webinar/seminar-workshop, teachers will be reoriented on DO No 16 s. 2017 or
the Research Management Guidelines, and the systematic procedures on preparation and
conducting action and basic researches will also be discussed.

With this regard, I am requesting from your good office for funds amounting Php 3,000 for the
essential budgetary requirements necessary for the conduct of this in-service training. This
includes stipend for the two requested resource speakers, their noon meals and snacks, venue
decorations and certificate printing.

Madam, I am looking forward to your affirmative response regarding this request. Thank you
and more powers!
