BARANGAY RESOLUTION NO. 3 SERIES OF 2023

“A RESOLUTION APPROVING BDC RESOLUTION NO. 02 SERIES 2022 ENDORSING THE


APPROVAL OF THE BARANGAY ANNUAL INVESTMENT PROGRAM (BAIP) AND THE 20%
BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT FUND (BDF) TO THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF QUEZON,
GITAGUM, MISAMIS ORIENTAL, EXTRACTED FROM THE NATIONAL TAX ALLOCATION
(2,919,869.00) FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2023 IN THE AMOUNT OF FIVE HUNDRED EIGHT
THREE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY-THREE PESOS AND 80 CENTAVOS (P
583,973)”

WHEREAS, Kagawad Raul I. Calam, Chairperson of Finance and Appropriation presented to


the Honorable Body the Barangay Annual Investment Program (BAIP) and its 20%
Barangay Development Fund for CY 2023 in the amount of Five Hundred Eighty Three
Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Three Pesos and 80 Centavos (P 583,973.80) as endorsed
through BDC Resolution No. 02 Series 2022;

WHEREAS, after thorough study, it was moved by Kagawad Raul I. Calam, Chairman of
Appropriation, and seconded by Honorable Kagawad Gerry S. Bajuyo, and severally
seconded by all members present, it was

RESOLVED, as this body do hereby resolve to approve and adopt Barangay Development
Council No. 2 Series 2022, “A Resolution Approving the BDC resolution No. 02 Series 2022
endorsing the approval of the Barangay Annual Investment Program (BAIP) and the 20%
Barangay Development Fund (BDF) to the Sangguniang Barangay of Quezon, Gitagum,
Misamis Oriental, extracted from the National Tax Allocation (2,919,869.00) for the fiscal
year 2023 in the amount of Five Hundred Eight Three Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-
Three Pesos and 80 Centavos (P 583,973)”
