ANALYZE
Write the most salient developmental characteristics of the learners you observe.
Based on these characteristics, think of implications for the teacher.

REFLECT
1. While you were observing the learners, did you recall your own experience?
Says when you were their age? What similarities or differences do you have with
the learners you observe?
Answer:
Is I look back into my own experiences, it made me realize that I am just
like them. What I have observe from the preschoolers, the elementary students,
and the highschooler would be the same for everyone, I also tend to shadow
what the adults do, I also enjoy playing when I was in elementary, and tend to
have a lot of mood swings when I was in high school.
2. Think of a teacher you cannot forget for positive or negative reasons. How did
she/he help or not help you with your needs (physical, emotional, social and
cognitive)? How did it affect you?
Answer:
When I was in elementary, I always have my mother who is also a teacher
guiding me in every step I take. She taught me how to socialize and grow some
friends. Until now I am fond of socializing and tend to gather more and more
friends, every day that pass. It shapes me to be a leader, a public speaker, and a
good friend.
3. Share your other insights here.
Answer:
As a future teacher, I should be well-versed in a variety of teaching
methods because I will be shaping my students' futures. I should also always
conduct myself in a professional manner. Because not all students learn quickly,
I must maintain my patience as always. I must also maintain my passion for
teaching. My enthusiasm for being a professional teacher will be maintained by
my observations of the many types of students.
