 Fielding came to know about Adela’s hallucinations.

 Death of Mrs. Moore.

 Celebration ended.
 Aziz’s plan to visit Persia.

 Fielding broke the news of Mrs. Moore’s death.

 Mrs. Moore became a legend in Chandrapore.

 Mau, a Hindi principality hundreds of miles away from


Chandrapore.
 Godbole, as Minister of Eduction, rocking a religious
ceremony.
 Godbole sings, enjoys the birth of God, he remembers Mrs.
Moore.
 Crowd clears path for Rajah, who is ill.
 The re-enactment of the birth of Hindu God, Shri Krishna at
the village of Gokul.
 Rajah is accompanied by doctor in his quarter, who is no
other than Dr. Aziz.

Chapter: 34
 Aziz met Godbole after the festivities.
 Aziz does not want to think if Fielding is here at Mau or not.
 Aziz’s suspicion about Fielding’s marriage.
 Aziz does not want showing Europeans around India.

Chapter: 35

 Two shrines in Mau.


 These are the places where Mohammadens pray.
 Aziz goes to the shrine with his children.
 Aziz met Fielding and greets him.
 Fielding’s marriage with Stella Moore.
 Aziz becomes happy ans excited after returning home.

Chapter: 36

 Aziz could not understand the Hindu ceremony.


 Godbole told Aziz the he new about Fielding’s marriage with
Stella Moore foe more than a year.
 Aziz reads the letters placed on a piano in the Guest house.
 One is from Ronny and the second is from Adela.
 Encounter between Ralph and Aziz.
 He takes Ralph out to see Mrs. Moore’s tomb.
 He mentioned that the Rajah is actually dead.
 Aziz’s boat collides with Fielding’s and tumble into the
water.
 The celebration came to its end.

Chapter: 37

 Aziz and Fielding go out for a horse ride.


 They happily talked about their past moments. They are
friends again.
 They discuss who should rule India, and talked about the
probability of their friendship after who will rule India.
