Randstad’s business principles are set around and are supportive of our core values. They project a

work and our business and personal behavior are aligned and reinforce one another. We ask all our
employees to take the Business Principles (formerly the Code of Conduct) into account when interacting
with clients, colleagues, and the community.

In our company, if you witness an illegal act (for example fraud), have a complaint, or see someone
misbehaving (harassment, bullying), you would normally report it to your supervisor. Sometimes
however, this might be an impossible option, because you fear retaliation for example. We would like to
think that every activity is being conducted 100% properly, but in a company that helps over 500,000
people to work every day this might not always be the case. On the rare case it might not be, we’d like
to be able to address it.

This is why, next to the Business Principles, we have included a provision for reporting misconduct. This is
called the Misconduct Reporting Procedure, and it outlines steps one can take to report a concern. This
means that someone acting in good faith can report misconduct without fear of retaliation. The
misconduct can relate to violations of legal obligations, potential improper management practices, or
lack ofcompliance with internal policies.

information about your employment.

 Payslips, form-16 and tax slips can be downloaded from the tab Salary slip.

 We request you to download the same on a monthly basis during your period of employment as the
portal will be deactivated once resigned.

Dependents Updation
Click Add Dependents tab to update the dependents details in ESS Portal

Update the dependent Name, Relationship and Date of Birth and click the add button which will
be in the bottom.

While adding the DOB birth of the dependents first select the year of birth, month and date to
avoid default year getting mapped

Please include all your dependent details one by one.

Once the dependents are added, please tick the check box given against the added dependents
and move the eligible/preferred dependents together to include in the insurance policy

Once the dependents are moved down pop up message will appear stating that the dependents
are updated successfully. Post that any changes cannot be entertained.

Dependents updated before 5th of every month will be considered for same month endorsement,
post 5th any details updated in portal will be considered only in upcoming month endorsement.

Do’s & Don’ts in Group Mediclaim – Cashless Hospitalization
Do’s 
 Carry your E-Card/ Employee Id card & any government affiliated Photo ID Card such as Voter ID,
Pan Card, Aadhar Card and past Medical records at the time of admission in to a Network Hospital.
 For any assistance on Cashless Hospitalization, please Contact Concern TPA/Insurer on their Toll
free Number or Customer Care Number
 In case of emergency, Please provide patient name, employee name, corporate name and your
Deputee ID at the time of admission in a Network Hospital.
 For Planned Hospitalization the Pre Authorization process can be done 48 Hours prior to Admission.
 Please mention your mobile number and sign on the Pre Authorization request form at the time of
admission & also on the final bill/ Claim form at the time of discharge from the hospital.
 Please make sure that the Hospital authorities forwards the Pre Authorization request to TPA , for
any assistance, please contact the TPA Relationship Manager .
 Check the final bill and pay all non medical expenses/any other expenses at the time of discharge.
 Counter sign and retain copies of all the Hospitalization related documents for your records. It may
help you for the post-Hospitalization treatment or in resolution of any disputes arising in the future.
 Pre Hospitalization (30days prior to admission) and Post Hospitalization (60 days after discharge)
claim documents to be submitted to concerned TPA.
 Ensure your family members have the TPA E-Cards and contact numbers to help during
emergency.
 please login to concern TPA links for any further information on policy terms and conditions,
dependent details , download of TPA E-Card, List of Network Hospitals, claim status etc.
Don’ts
 Do not reveal your Sum Insured to the Hospital authorities during the Hospitalization.
 Avoid Hospitalization only for Investigations and evaluation / Observation.
 Avoid delay in submission of the Pre and Post Hospitalization claim documents.

Hospitalization
Do’s 
 For any assistance on Reimbursement Hospitalization, please contact Concern TPA Toll free Number from
all telecom Network providers or Customer Care Number
 Please ensure to collect all the original documents like main bill, bill break up, prescriptions, investigation
reports, discharge summary, and advance and balance paid receipts from the Hospital authorities at the
time of discharge.
 Please submit all the original documents related to Hospitalization and retain a photo copy of all the claim
documents for your record.
 Please provide the photo copy of TPA E-card and any government affiliated photo ID card such as voter
ID, pan card, Aadhar card and Cancelled Cheque (for payment through NEFT)along with the claim
documents.
 Courier all the relevant documents in original for claim reimbursement within 20 Days from the date of
Discharge along with duly filled claim form to Concern TPA’s
 Pre Hospitalization (30days prior to admission) and Post Hospitalization (60 days after discharge) claim
documents to be submitted separately.
 Please do not hesitate to seek clarification on the details of deductions made in the Claim amount.
 Keep a photocopy of all the claim documents (main bill, receipts, discharge summary etc.) while you
submit all the originals for claim reimbursement.

which has no OT facility & 24 hours Doctor and Nursing services.
 Avoid Hospitalization only for Investigation and evaluation / Observation.
 Avoid Domiciliary Hospitalization, as it is not covered as per the policy.
 Avoid Misrepresentation / hiding any medical or personal information of the patient while filling the claim
form.
