Selim: Good evening, ladies and gentlemen.

Today, I want to bring your attention


to an important issue that affects our health and well-being. In recent years,
there has been a growing preoccupation about the rising of obesity cases, heart
disease, and other medical conditions that can be prevented through a healthy
diet and regular physical activity.

Sami: Research has shown that a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins
can help reduce the risk of severe diseases such as diabetes, cancer, and heart
disease. Similarly, regular physical activity has been shown to improve overall
health, increase lifetime, and reduce the risk of diseases.

Selim: Unfortunately, despite the abberant evidence supporting the benefits of


healthy eating and regular physical activity, many people continue to struggle to
make healthy choices. Our modern lifestyles, which are often characterized by
long hours sitting at desks and an abuse of fast food options, have made it
easier than ever to fall into unhealthy habits.

Sami: However, it is not too late to become better. By making small changes to our
diet and lifestyle, we can improve our health. Some simple tips include :

 Selim: Eating a variety of fruits and vegetables each day


 Sami:Reducing consumption of sugary drinks and snacks
 Selim: Choosing lean proteins such as fish, chicken, and legumes
 Sami: Incorporating regular physical activity into our daily routine, such as
walking, cycling, or swimming.
