This course will prepare you to take the AAPC Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) exam. Coders who
are already certified may attend to earn CEUs for other certifications and still take the CRC exam.

IMPORTANT:
You will need the following books:
• 2019 ICD-10CM (this book can be ordered at a discount at the NCPO office. The price is $55-$75
depending on the manufacturer. You can bring your ICD-10 book with your own notes into the CRC exam,
so having your own book is suggested)
• AAPC Certified Risk Coder Study Guide (This book can only be purchased through the AAPC)

You MUST have the AAPC Certified Risk Coder Study Guide for Class-- Steve WILL NOT HAVE COPIES TO SELL DURING CLASS.

suggests becoming a member first before purchasing your study guide. This saves $30 off the study guide
price. The price for non-members is $129.95 or $99.95 for members. Remember you need to be a member
