J., & Tan, D. 2017) .As an employee of this organization, am hereby glad to submit a proposal to

in the issue relating to ethical program, developing training program and conducting a

compliance auditing.

Background Analysis

The American clothing intends to open new stores in other parts of the globe so to boost

its marketing strategies. There are different risks associated with global market in the current

world. These risks include, economic, environmental, geopolitical and technological factors. In

other words, these are external environmental factors that affects any business setup.

The intensity of these depends on the country’s economic status. Most of the African

countries and part of Asian continent countries are the most affected with these risks. The effects

of is that those countries affected have slow growth in their economy. There is also political

instability and severe famine. Countries with poor to technological results slow growth in its

industries.

customer nor employee it will probably grow very fast because the customers will be retained

and employees will be happy working for the organization. (Kenneth Shaw. 2015).

It’s important to always conduct a time to time audit on the ethical issues because

consumers and employees preferences tend to change time to time depending on the situations

and circumstances. Employees also need to be trained on how to handle customers in the best

way so that they can be left wanting to come back. Employees should be trained in different

ways of handling customers depending with the countries they are going to work in, and also the

policies set should be set a according to country’s culture. (Zhou, T. 2014).

The objective of the training is to ensure that where the company opens up its branches

the business should succeed. The training should be conducted through seminars and conferences

to teach them on the importance of business ethics. This training should take at least two months

after that an examination given to the trainee to see how they will do there. After the results the

employee should be evaluated on a scale of 0-20. A compliance audit should be conducted using

a trial and errors system to see how it works.(Parker, P., & Parker, P. 2007).

Inconclusion in order for any business to survive and grow anywhere in the globe,

environmental factors and ethical issues should be considered. These are very vital issues

concerning any business set up. There should be a through research concerning all these.
