 It is preferable to denote sources used in research work by


abbreviations.
 Those abbreviations should be represented in an orderly
manner according to an accepted literary method.

comments in each chapter should be reviewed at the end of
the book, where logical and ideological presentation is

 If there is a final conclusion that can be reached at the end of
the assignment, it should be logically presented.
 There should be no summaries of individual chapters.
Academic Features of Assignments

Chapters should be divided according to
the assignment topic
 . Generally, it is more appropriate to divide it into 05 chapters.
Each chapter should have a relationship. Every premise should
have a main title.
 There may be several sub-topics within that main topic. Each
chapter should be related to the main topic of the thesis.
 There should be a good relationship between each chapter.
That is, the thesis topic presents the facts in a way that flows
through each chapter.
 If the end of each chapter is the special points or conclusions
presented in the chapter, it is more academic to indicate them
Footnotes / Marginal Notes.

 Footnotes are source references applied to every page


of the assignment.
 Marginal note is the method of adding source notes to
each chapter.
 In footnotes and endnotes, the name of the gland
should be underlined. Or should be marked in bold
black letters.

numbering the thesis
 Title page should not be numbered.
 All sections before the thesis context
 i.e. the first chapter should be numbered with Roman numerals.
 From the first chapter to the end of the assignment should be
numbered in Hindu Arabic numerals.
 The first page of each chapter should be left unnumbered and
numbered from the next page.

 Font size should be 12 point in context.
 12 point in footnotes.
 10 point size should be used in marginal notes.
 The spacing between lines of letters should be 1.5.
 Letters should be printed on single side of size 4
sheets.
