KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED, made and entered into by and between, _____________________, of legal age,

WHEREAS, the VENDOR has offered to sell the above-described VEHICLE and the VENDEE has

(Php60,000.00), Philippine Currency;

NOW, THEREFORE, the VENDOR, for and in consideration of the sum of SIXTY THOUSAND
PESOS (Php60,000.00), Philippine Currency, receipt of which in full is hereby acknowledged by the
VENDOR, have SOLD, TRANSFERRED, and CONVEYED and, by these presents, do hereby sell,
transfer, and convey unto the said VENDEE, his heirs, successors, and assigns, the above-described
VEHICLE, of which the VENDOR is the absolute owner, free from any and all liens and encumbrances of
whatsoever nature, and that he shall forever defend the title of the VENDEE against any and all just and
lawful claims of any person whomsoever.
