Sir:

This is to inform you that one of my former student, namely BRYLE C. BARICUATRO,
in the school year 2019-2020 has a problem in his Learners’ Information System (LIS).
He was in 9th Grade that time and cannot be enrolled by his new adviser in 8 th grade due
to he was PROMOTED CONDITIONALLY.

The main reason for occurring such problem was that the student’s form 10 arrived at a
later time, causing for unnoticeable failing grade.
