Dear Sir / Madam Date : _________

1. We confirm that we have sold / agreed to sell Flat no._________________________


in the building known as _________________________________________________
at ____________________________________________________________________
to ______________________________________________ for a total consideration of
Rs _______________ under agreement dated _________ a copy of which is enclosed.

2. The above Agreement has been lodged / ordered for registration under No.________
Of 20____ on ________ with the Sub – Registrar of Assurances at ______________
We have admitted execution of the said Agreement at the Sub – Registrar’s Office
on ____________. I / We undertake to admit execution of the said Agreement at the
Sub – Registrar’s Office within the stipulated time limit.

3. We further sate as follows: -

1. We have obtained necessary permissions/ approvals / sanctions for construction


of the said building from the concerned competent authority.
2. The construction of the building and of the Flat / Row House / Bungalow is
carried out in accordance with the approved plans.
3. We have no objection to the above buyer’s mortgaging the said flat to you as
Security for a loan of Rs._____________________ agreed to be obtained by
Mr / Mrs ______________________________ for the purpose of purchasing
the said flat.
4. We shall get the property in question conveyed to the Co-operative Housing
Society after its registration.
5. We also shall give proper notice to the Co-operative Housing Society, about
the mortgage of the said flat in favor of LIC Housing Finance Limited.
6. We have not created any charge / encumbrance of whatsoever nature in
relation to the land / building / flat in question till date.
7. We shall not allow any transfer, sale, exchange and / or alteration of flat
without your permission during the pendency of loan.
8. We undertake not to create any charge or encumbrance on the project land and /
or superstructure constructed / being constructed thereon.
9. Flat not allotted to landowner.
